Most beautiful hiking experience I’ve ever done.
This hike was challenging but SOOOO WORTH IT! My 10yr old was crushing it out there and even jumped from the highest rocks into the water. Extremely beautiful. You will get soaked and muddy but it’s definitely the highlight of our trip. I even proposed up there, she said yessss!

6 hours and nothing to show
Jun. 2021 • Friends
We were the first people to be picked up at 7:30am, drove for three hours to find that we couldn’t do the hike because the river level was too high. Seems like we could’ve been told about this prior to our arrival in the rain forest. There was also no backup plan so we wasted a day in Puerto Rico for no reason. Definitely seems like they should have taken us to another part of the rainforest. Other tours were doing that. Beyond disappointing, this was the activity I was looking forward to most on this trip.

Dear traveler, We are very sorry you couldn't participate on the tour. Due to the challenging nature of this excursion safety is the #1 priority. Tour description and voucher clearly specifies the activity is subject to weather and river conditions and there is a possibility of cancellation. Our guides monitor the water levels constantly. There have been occasions that as per the app is OK to continue, but when they arrive and see the actual conditions it is not a safe environment. If they would have known those were the conditions, believe me, they wouldn't have wasted your time and their time on this drive. If we currently had alternate locations to offer this tour, we would have done it. As a customer service oriented and responsible company we have made sure all proper instructions and disclaimers are available for everyone to read prior to booking.

Must Do in PR
Jun. 2021 • Couples
Jonathan was a great tour guide who created such a great environment, we had so much fun! He shared many great things about PR and even took us to a kiosko to purchase smoothies and food. The hike was a bit of a challenge but with his patience and guidance our whole group got through it! Definitely recommend doing if you ever visit PR. Also recommend hiking shoes with grip, we wore Nike Wildhorses and it made the hike very easy because there is rock climbing and tons of mud.
Thank you so much again Jonathan, BeSpoke needs more tour guides like you!

Very fun, wish hike was longer.
May 2021 • Couples
The guide was amazing, and the trip was very fun. My only critique is that the hike part is a bit short, and you don’t get to explore a large area of El Yunque. It’d be a five star review with a longer/additional hike to see more of the rainforest in addition to the short hike/more water feature exploration that the experience currently focuses on.
All that being said, or guide was amazing and really made the experience. He deserves all the credit in the world.

Must-do in PR
May 2021 • Couples
The best part of our trip to Puerto Rico. Felix and Christian were wonderful from the moment we stepped into the bus. Felix’s uplifting spirit is exceptional and he quickly made us feel like we were one big family on this adventure. Rock climbing, rope swing, rock slides, cliff jumping only made it better. I felt super-safe and well-guided during the entire experience, found the trail mildly challenging but not difficult. Bring old sneakers/hiking shoes or water shoes. Also bring extra set of clothes as you will get soaked in the refreshing water. Definitely a must-do in PR!

Best part of my trip!
Best part of my trip to Puerto Rico! The hike was a bit challenging but if you are a person that walks regularly it would be easy, you don’t have to be gym fit to complete the hike. It can get muddy but the whole experience was worth it! Loved the water falls and the water!

Very fun excursion! Our tour guide Julian was really amazing. Definitely not for everyone as the hiking was fairly challenging. Recommend for adventure seekers looking for a fun day in the rainforest.

Tour
Let me start by saying thank you to frank , from the minute we stepped on the shuttle bus he was awesome , he had a awesome attitude, he was informative & you can really tell he loves his job! He made that trip 10x better . I have never been hiking before this was a great first experience. Getting muddy and dirty was fun . Our tour guides stoped along the way and gave us a little history throughout our tour was cool and informative. The fun really started once you get to the water activity’s. I jumped off at 30ft cliff . The scariest craziest thing I’ve ever done . I almost plunked out but frank prepped talked me , he told me “ if it’s not scarey it’s not fun” i did the jump and I’m so happy i did . If you do it just don’t look down lol . If your into this type of stuff i 100% recommend. I stepped out my comfort zone . Our group that we did the tour with was also real cool so that made it better . Then they stoped on a strip for food, that was awesome. Thank you guys it was a great experience.

Felix and JC were great. We were staying at the Wyndham Rio Mar so we met them at their pickup spot Frutera Flores like 10 min away. I workout 6 times a week and run 8-10 mi every week. I still found this pretty challenging. I’m glad I started doing leg days! Lots of steep climbs, muddy paths, slippery rocks! It was worth it but please listen to the disclaimer. I’m so glad I had hiking shoes so I didn’t slip, highly recommended!!!

The waterfall slides, cliff jumps, views were amazing and worth the climb. The first climb was tough but it gets even harder. There’s a spring pool if you rather not continue to the more challenging part. I loved every single moment but this is a very active tour but the most fun I had in Puerto Rico.

Amazing Rainforest Experience
May 2021 • Couples
I LOVED this trip! Great for everyone as long as you’re physically fit/able to realistically hike & climb a little. It was challenging but we were able to choose our pace as there were 2 tour guides(James and Joe) going at different paces which was nice. My boyfriend and I went fast and then stopped for pictures often which was amazing! The tour guides were hilarious and knew so many fun facts that made the hike so entertaining. The cliff jumping and slides were super fun and the views were amazing! We would 100% go again! Also: a ton of tours take the same route but our group was smaller and earlier so we got the best views with less people (and the best tour guides out there)
