Had an awesome time at El Yunque with my family! Rich was a great guide—super friendly, fun, and really knowledgeable about the rainforest. He made sure everyone was having a good time. Plus, he treated u to some tasty snacks along the way, which was a nice touch. Highly recommend this tour if you're in Puerto Rico!

The tour was a success! As a first time solo female traveler to PR, this was an amazing experience. I felt safe. Lucky to have a fun tour group. Nick, our tour guide was so supportive and friendly. He also brought us free snacks & water bottles. Even life vests. We started out at El Yunque then chilled out on Loquillo beach 🏝️ with free, Puerto Rican snacks. You should definitely check out this experience if you are ever in Puerto Rico 🇵🇷

Booked this excursion that got cancelled due to weather, Alison kept great communication at first when they cancelled our activity, she offered a refund & once I accepted the refund she just stopped responding. Terrible customer service. Still fighting back for my refund. NEVER AGAIN !! smh

Allison was an amazing tour guide! She was personable with all members in the group and took amazing photos/videos of everyone. Allison also treated us to amazing puerto rican finger food when arriving to Luquillo beach. I recommend this excursion to anyone visiting Puerto Rico.

The tour guide was very nice and inviting, he took many pictures for us and showed us the ropes, the food was great as well.

Best part of our trip! So much fun! Definitely make sure you go prepared,there is walking and make sure you were socks,you will be climbing rocks! If you are an outside wanna live life person,this is for you! Guide was awesome!

Our tour guide Brandon was amazing! He made the experience so special and he was so helpful throughout the entire experience. This place is absolutely beautiful! The natural water slide is a must do!

Good times! Rick was awesome. Unfortunately current was to strong for slides but Rick made the best of it. Beach was quiet probably because of weather snacks and food were good and much appreciated.

Rah was an incredible and very entertaining tour guide. He was informative, helpful and took really great photos. The falls themselves were beautiful, made better by an awesome tour guide. Not much of a “hike” unless you’re a beginner. Lunch was included, and he throughly explained what each authentic Puerto Rican item was for us.

Amazing time with a group of friends. The scenery was incredible and the waterslides even better. Definitely a must do if in Puerto Rico. It was made so much better by the great guide in Quinn who always went the extra mile to make sure or experience was that much better.

Easy and fun excursion. You go to two sections of the river. One is mainly the big slide. The other section has a small slide and rock jumping. They bring you to the kiosks afterwards and it includes two items at the restaurant.

I had a lot fun , the tour guide was very helpful, friendly and amazing , he explained everything with kindness, I started to feel hungry at the rainforest he offered to give me one of his crackers to eat, that’s was so thoughtful of him.

This was a great experience! With great views! And a great group! It felt great of to get active after working from home for the past 4 years.

My family and I had a wonderful time! There were two waterslides that the boys absolutely loved! I can’t count how many times they went down the waterslides! Quinn was a great tour guide, he’s so laid-back very chill. He even took lots of pictures of everyone With his GoPro. He treated us to some Authentic Puerto Rican food. If I have any advice, please bring socks. Crawling up the rocks is extremely slippery due to the algae so bring cotton socks to help your feet grip better. And just go slow. Five stars for Quinn!
