Once outside, turn to the right and walk towards the Groovy Grouper Bar, Our Representative will be standing behind the barricade, holding a sign with your name. Once you have identified our agent, she will escort you to your ride.

Arriving in Jamaica everything worked out fine and the driver was great. On the return trip we were supposed to be picked up at 0800 am for a -2 noon departure and the driver didn’t arrive till almost 0945. I called the company numerous times and was assured the driver was on his way. I have to admit the customer service was good but initially said the driver was 15-20 mins away than he was 30-40 mins away. They did apologize for the mess up and the driver who picked us up was great. Besides the snafu I would use this company again.Written 10 October 2023

We left from our hotel in Montego Bay and had a very pleasant and educational drive to St. Ann’s parish. On the way back we stopped for food and souvenirs.
