Be careful of this place the staff is not trustworthy, there whole entire service is a scam if you pay cash make sure you go with the hostess to the cashier because they will take your money and claim your short and owe them more ,and the promoter are junky also they take side money after you rent a booth out and allow other to come in your section and then play stupid like they Dont know what’s going on ,just be vey careful trust no one I mean no one at this place

This place wasn't fun. Ended up leaving quite early in fact. I was made to wait on line because they wanted to “reverify” the entry ticket purchased via TRIP ADVISOR. This took 20 minutes. Okay fine, whatever but lets talk about the real problem. This place does not look as it appears. It was a pretty small box of a room. There is barely any standing room because the place is flooded with lounge chairs that is ONLY reserved for people buying bottle packages which start around $250 or more USD. TO BE CLEAR: there are no options for individual cocktails. At one point, my friend and I were innocently standing at a standing room table but were soon after were told via hand gesture (shooing away) that if don't buy a bottle package I couldn't stand there (the bouncer was a shmuck) Listen people come out to have a nice time on vacation and hold a little vibe. Its unnecessary to feel disregarded, disrespected or FORCED in to spending hundreds of dollars during the process. After calculating, these guys are making 400%-500% profit on every purchase. This place is a rip off! …gluttony at its finest.

We had a good time! We started with planning months in advance (bachelorette weekend) and the communication was good and feel free to ask questions. We were told exactly what to expect and also received the latest bottle service menu (which was helpful). We paid an initial fee for transportation services and ultimately ordered a couple bottles to meet the $250 USD bottle service minimum. We were promptly picked up at our hotel and returned when we were ready to go back to the resort (we did not stay until the place closed). We had an amazing section (second level) overlooking the crowd. The service and music were good. Oh and we think someone famous was there which made the atmosphere even more exciting. We enjoyed ourselves!

They don’t even show up on time after that they make you pay in the front and the driver make you pay they famous people I paid 100 dollars extra for that thing I already paid do not book with them

Your are only paying for entrance and round trip transportation. You have to buy a section which are small in cash I paid $100 for 4. You have to purchase a bottle of $200+ if you are in a section even though they have bottles for less. It’s good to get there when the club opens up to get a section in time. The music was great, they have hookah and environment was fun.

This is a scam, they take your money then don’t respond. We ended up taking a cab to the spot. Had no reservations at all.

Well organized and a lot of fun adventure! Exciting buggy ride, refreshing sweet in the cave lake, informative presentation about Dominican history with delicious taste tasting of Dominican coffee and cocoa. Highly recommend to anybody who want to experience real adventure

I never went. I paid for car service and they never came to pick us up. I bought 3 tickets and expected a confirmation pick up or call. It never came.

The music and the ambiance were great, however, we had a hard time getting in. After paying $200 for four people and being told that we would have a VIP table, they couldn’t find our name. We showed them the paid receipt (complete with QR scan bar), but still they kept saying they couldn’t accommodate us. Finally they found a small table in a corner for us.

False advertisement. We need a refund. Club is free and we paid 100 to get there and driver didn't come or respond to the text for pick up.

Total Scam. Avoid This place After visiting the establishment, I regret to say that my experience was unsatisfactory. It is my opinion that the business practices of this establishment are questionable. The minimum cost for a bottle is $75, and the cheapest option is not available for purchase. In addition, the price for a Corona beer is $6 per bottle, which is more expensive compared to the current market rate in the United States. Furthermore, I was approached by individuals who offered to assist me in gaining access to the bar for an entry fee, which I found to be a fraudulent scheme. As a result of my experience, I do not recommend this establishment to others.

If I could give zero stars I would. This is fraudulent, tourist scam. The driver, Elvin, stole our money and claimed that he took us to the infinity club and we left after thirty minutes. We never entered the club, the bouncers harrassed me and my friends and siad that we weren't on the list, despite the driver and coordinator ensuring us that we would be VIP guests. When we reported this to TripAdvisor they refused to give us our money back because of the driver and coordinators lies. I had to contact my credit card company because, not only

Me, my sister and our friends were scammed out of our money. We reserved and paid for our experience as an outing for my sister’s birthday to celebrate our first time in Punta Cana. We were transported to the venue, but when we got there, the bouncers “couldn’t find our reservation” (even though we kept showing our ticket barcodes that were sent via email). They yelled at us and wouldn’t let us in (the place was empty btw). We were surrounded by a bunch of men and we got scared and upset and told the driver, Elvin, to take us back to our hotel immediately. This was an awful, insulting, and scary experience. I want a full refund. I’m not sure what kind of “mix up” happened with our reservation but that’s no excuse for treating us that way at all. Maybe it was all a tourist scam. It sucks that my sister’s birthday outing was ruined because of all this smh

It was amazing, best days are Friday and Saturday. Just make sure your check your drink so you actually drinking what you paid for. We got two bottles and there wasn't anything in them
