This taxi service was excellent! It was our first time to DR and they made the transfer seamless and comfortable. Our flight landed late and they were right outside of baggage claim waiting!

This review is a bit late in coming but I wanted to pass on how pleased we were with Cocotours services-yet again. We travelled early November 2019 and used the transfer service of Cocotours from the POP airport to LHVC-return private transfer. As in the past the service is very prompt and professional. We will be definitely using their service again next time we travel to the Dominican Republic. Thanks so much.

We stayed at the Tropical this past week and loved it!! We really enjoyed the entertainers Chocolate, Cappuccino, and Mosquito. We also visited the Cofressi pool a couple days where we enjoyed spending time with Justin Bieber, Julio, and Champion! We also met a model named Nicole who gave us a lot of helpful information about all the shows and activities! We loved spending time at the VIP beach. The service was great. Especially one of the bartenders, Jorge!! Overall the trip was great and I can’t wait to go back!!

If I could I would give a higher rating. From my initial contact with Lisette, she was courteous, responsive, and accommodating. She worked with me to tailor a trip to our specific needs. She, Our guide, Jose and driver arrived promptly to pick us up from our hotel. Jose was entertaining and informative throughout the trip. I would highly recommend booking with Cocotours and ask for the same team that we had. Entire group of twenty said that this is the best part of our vacation.

We made airport transfer reservations for 5 people from Santiago Airport to Puerto Plata weeks prior to our arrival. After retrieving our luggage, we proceeded to the ground transportation area of the airport. We looked for our names or the van with CocoTours logo. They were no where to be found. We made serval calls to the agency and no one answered nor returned our calls. We got lucky that the airport information desk was able to find alternate transportation late in the evening. We email the agency and was given a full refund. They said they would investigate what happened. It's been over a week. No phone call or email explaining what happened. I cannot recommend this company. If I could rate a zero I would.

We used Cocotours' airport transfer services. Services were on time and drivers were very professional and nice. They treat customers really well. After airport pickup, We got a flat tire caused by objects flown from other incoming car got into an accident. We were transferred to another vehicle quickly and the driver and Steve contacted us later to make sure if we are okay. Steve apologized for the incident and refunded the fee that we paid although we had not asked for refund because it was just minor incident. I highly recommend this company.

the driver was extremely nice and polite and patient. My son was turning 21 and he was vacationing with his dad, brothers and cousins. they had a great time and the driver explained all the sites as they drove from Santiago to Puerto Plata.

As the a year before we decide to use VIP service departure and arrival as well as private transfer. We also booked private tour in Puerto Plata.  Before traveling and booking I discussed everything with your representative. She was competent and polite she was able to answer all my questions. All services were great, in time and the staff was respectful, very kind and flexible. They were able to adapt very well the  tour  our needs. I strongly suggest to every tourist alone or with family to use Cocotours services and excursions.

getting booked was a simple and easy process. picked up on time. I give that a 5 star. However, we were looking forward to a relaxing trip and it was not that. Our driver was extremely nice, however he did not understand where we were going. He stopped at least 7 times along this 7 hour trip to ask for directions. About half way to our destination my husband had to get his gps out and navigate the rest of our trip, keeping in mind that our driver did not speak english very well. My frustration was that we had great communication with this company up to the time we departed. When we arrived and I sent an email just stating our frustration and giving "nice" feedback, I have heard nothing. That disappoints me.

Our ship pulled into Amber Cove and on a whim, I checked with trip adviser and found this Cocotours company. I called them on the phone and inside 30 minutes, the tour van, driver and English-speaking guide arrived outside the gate to pick us up and take us on a magnificent tour of Puerto Plata. We Learned about the city, visited the rum factory, cigar factory, Amber and jewelry store, downtown Puerta Plata Square, The cathedral, and Fortress and even took the cable car. All this, and were able to make it back to the ship on time. A wonderful day, and I highly recommend this to her company
