Itinerary
Begin your 3.5-hour sightseeing tour on Bonaire with hassle-free pickup at your hotel in Kralendijk. Climb into the air-conditioned minivan and admire the coral-littered shores as you travel out of town; you'll learn how Kralendink means 'embankment of coral stone'.

Visit the salt pans to see the enormous piles of pink salt, the source of Bonaire's export profits for many years, and stop at the historical slave huts. Continue to the flamingo sanctuary at Goto Lake, where you'll see the elegant pink birds in their natural habitat. In historic Rincon, visit a museum, then stop at the scenic lookout of Seru Largu for photo-worthy vistas.

End your tour with drop-off back at your Kralendijk hotel.

This is a good overview of the Island. Our tour guide was from the states and living on the Island for the last two years. We still had time to walk around town after the tour.

Afternoons were a little hotter. We went around 10am, did lunch and a bit of shopping and then went back to ship for a quieter afternoon by the pool.
