Meg was an amazing guide. The locations she took us to were great, and she worked well to get everyone in the group involved.

Aiyu was so knowledgeable! Took us around to the greatest walks and showed us best egg tart, okonomiaki, and kushikatsu.

We had an amazing time cooking and learning about Japanese food and culture. Chie was particularly great - such a warm and inviting guide. Can’t wait to come back again!

The Osaka Bar Hopping Night Walking Tour in Namba is an absolute must! We loved this authentic izakaya and whiskey bar experience that took us to three off the beaten path spots. These places were buzzing with locals and Meg did such an incredible job educating us about the culture here in Osaka. We never would’ve found these spots on our own and the hospitality at each place was exceptional. Everything about the tour was so organized and efficient making it so easy and enjoyable the entire time. We tried a variety of different Japanese dishes at the two izakayas and ended the night at a fabulous whiskey bar. Meg was so sweet and we loved everything about this tour! This was the perfect activity to do on our first night in Osaka and was truly an unforgettable evening.

Chie was an amazing tour guide. It was like going on a tour with a close friend. Her expertise in Japanese history added to the already great itinerary for the day exploring Himeji!

It was good to try the 3 kinds of food Osaka is known for. But at $102+/ person, it was not worth it. Look at the food they give you and find your own restaurants serving those foods. Nothing was told to us about how the food is made, the history of the foods, etc. However, our guide friendly and nice. I had no problem with him.

Excellent tour with our well-informed guide Shin! Lots to see but also lots of walking - it really is a half-day! Shin kindly took photos throughout and was happy to answer any and all questions we had. Nice that it was quite a small group. Also the lunch was fantastic with lots of quality fresh Japanese cuisine in the typical small plates style - we were so full afterwards!

Yusuke was wonderful! He was charming and fun, we learned so much and had a fantastic time with him. Would recommend to anyone!!
