I’m on a group tour that uses their services..I’m not sure if they just catered group tours or individual travelers as well but my experience with them is that they are prompt on picking up their clients, very professional and even helps with your luggage, I am so comfortable on their van, though it’s shared but from airport pick ups until I left after 3 weeks, nobody else shared with me on the trip to the airport..upon dropped off she even told me which counter I could find my flight..that’s good that you can go directly rather than checking on the screen..I will surely recommend and definitely book cherry tomato again.

After a very long day of travel, it was nice to know there was someone on the other side of customs waiting with a sign with our name on it. Our flight was canceled and they were able to readjust to the new arrival time. The driver was helpful with the luggage and attentive to our comfort. Well worth the price for comfort and time savings!

We used Cherry Tomato 3 times, Narita airport to our hotel in Tokyo, hotel to Yokohama and finally, Tokyo International Cruise terminal to Narita airport. We had 3 different drivers and all 3 were excellent. All arrived early, well presented, very polite, professional and good safe drivers. The vehicles were all equally very comfortable and plenty of room for our luggage.

Very busy not a lot of staff. But was beautiful. Very long lines. Rides very short. But staff they had was nice. Not great food.

Absolutely wonderful and smooth transfer from Haneda to our hotel in Shinjuku. Very good communication before our arrival. Car is spacious and very clean - feels like in limo :-) Driver is very helpful. The journey is smooth and no hiccups. They even help us to get airport stamps.

As easy as can be. Right when we excited Customs Leon was waiting with a sign. Short walk to the Van and we were on our way. Was a stressless as possible and a great way to start our Osakan Journey. Thank you. Will book again

Excellent service! Driver was waiting for us with names on a board and vehicle was lovely! Leather seats and first class drive all the way to the hotel. Would definitely recommend as a transfer from the airport. Communication prior to pick up was great via WhatsApp and we were able to contact re hold up at airport due weather.

Our driver was waiting for us as we came out of baggage claim. Our flight was about 45 minutes late due to a strong head wind. He helped with our luggage to the garage and then had us wait by a bench so he could get the car. Swift ride to the hotel. It was a Sunday afternoon so traffic was light so we got to our hotel quicker than expected.

We had private transfers with Cherry tomato to transfer from Haneda airport to our hotel in Tokyo town centre. We used them from our hotel to Yokohama cruise terminal and from the cruise terminal back to Haneda airport. All were booked using our travel agent. The service was impeccable throughout. Only one transfer was a little late, but the driver kept us fully updated via text throughout. The drivers were polite, well presented, and spoke pretty good English. The vehicles were spotlessly clean and comfortable (like sitting in a favourite armchair) they all provided bottles of water. If you want a private transfer with a little bit of comfort after a long flight with great service, then this is the company to use.

Great driver! Spoke English. So nice to have a driver with our name on his board just exiting customs at Haneda. After a 12 hour flight from LAX who wants to deal with public transportation! We'll worth the money!

The driver was polite and professional. He made sure my son made it safely to his hotel. He communicated effectively and was able to locate son at baggage clearance. Everything was well organized and this company did an outstanding job! I highly recommend!
