About the operator
- MarcoP351100A great introduction to TokyoA very well organised, very punctual and varied, and informative tour. There is something for everybody! Ideal for first timers in order to get to know where everything is in the city. Our guide, Key, spoke great English and was very approachable and truly friendly: she made sure to give us plenty of tips for the rest of our holidays.
- kenlD5869IG00So happy to have Key as our tour guide again in our next tour.We are so happy to have Key as our tour guide again in our Tokyo tour the next day. Key continued to show her professionalism and care for the tour members. We enjoyed the tour and gained a good impression of Japan. We wish Key all the best in her future endeavors.
- WorkLifeHarmony00A day well spent in Tokyo! Thank you Key!!A wonderful city tour that brought us to places we would have likely not seen. Key was an exceptional tour guide!! Would highly recommend this tour!

- Dreamer1965539491000City tour Tokyo with a great tourguideThe city tour was an amazing experience, it was nice and warm welcome from Key which was our tourguide. She talked us through everything and let us know how things worked. She explained a lot of things, for example how the Tokyo Skytree works against earthquakes and how it was designed with a Stone Pagoda in mind. Overall a lovely tour with Key.
- Amy L00Great overview of Tokyo tripOur tour guide Key san was very friendly and helpful Showing us around Tokyo and explaining attractions for us and taking nice family photos for us thank you Key san we had a wonderful day
- kenlD5869IG00Key is friendly and organized. We enjoyed the tripKey is very friendly and organized. She sincerely wants to help the tour members. She provided interesting information about the attractions and we enjoyed the trip.

- audreyn95900Highly recommend! My boyfriend and I had a great experience exploring Tokyo for the first time. This tour has a good balance of guided tour and open time (for you to check out the area on your own). Our guide Key was very attentive and helpful. Highly recommend!
- Intothehorizonz00Tokyo 1 Day Tour with KeyKey our tour guide was exceptional. Very patient, very informative and always smiling. We enjoyed our tour very much. It was a packed day but not too rushed. Highly recommended if you want to cover so many things in one day.

- Road2427154043900Great tour to visit famous city sightsIt was a great and relaxing tour. Key was awesome and easy to understand. Very nice tour guide and very thoughtful.
- sanchire202200The best experience of my life. The best experience of my life. So far, this trip is the most memorable and adventurous thing that I did in Japan. During this trip, I felt whole Japanese culture just in one day. The buffet lunch was so delicious (+ don’t miss the matcha icecream), I recommend to book with lunch. Everything was clear and in-time. I wanna thank to our guide Yuki, she was so sweet and reliable. After every stop she counted every person and made sure to collect everyone in the bus in time. Her guidance and advice was so clear and useful. Just want to give Yuki 5 starts. At last, don’t miss this chance. You won’t regret this trip.
- 807bhaskerk00Not kids/infants friendlyThe trip had good coverage of spots, hence because of this you ll feel hurried at almost every spot. Out tour guide Yuki was good in English communication, however I personally would never recommend this tour/guide if you have infants especially. The only thing Yuki was interested in was wrapping the trip on time , literally insensitive towards the facts that we had a baby and stroller. No information shared on if the route are baby friendly or not. At the last spot our baby started crying and we got lost because she and everyone else went miles ahead. It was a decent experience but would never recommend the guide to family with kids. She is punctual but insensitive/ lacks empathy and you any end up on your own.

Terrible experience.
Unfortunately our flight was delayed, as happens sometimes when traveling. Rather than accommodating us we were referred to their terms and conditions and told nothing would be done. Aside from this terrible customer experience you can do their tours yourself. There is a train to my Fuji which costs less and Google maps is a fantastic way to orientate yourself in Tokyo, just get a data SIM and save this operator's extortionate fees

Our TL were Levin (Philippines) and Angel (Japanese). Their English were easy and clear to understand. They gave you stickers at starts to differentiate our group from other tourists. Instructions and explanations were plenty but straight up. He brought some pictures to support the stories while we are on the bus. I know a big group tend to hard to handle and prone to delays, so I must give our group a BIG appreciation since everyone was punctual and not being needy. The only downside was when we were taken to imperial palace, they didn't bring us inside, it was only for photoshoot from outside. it might be timing issue since the palace is a HUGE complex and it's very easy to get lost and late for departure. Overall, totally recommended!

Our tour guide, Levin, was awesome! He’s very knowledgeable, funny and entertaining! The tour was never boring. We wish that we did a full day tour with him, but we already had a commitment after our half day tour.
The Tokyo tour was fun, lots of history, but lots of walking though.

Nice tour of some main sights in Tokyo...nice to see them while being escorted in an air conditioned bus during the summer heat. Our tour guide Angelie was so nice and funny. She was great...you'll be lucky to have her show you Tokyo!

New to japan ..Chris was a wonderful guide very knowledgable about the Japanese culture. Friendly and respectful. Told us about cultures, religions where to take good photos. We asked her lots of questions and got lots of advice to tour around Tokyo.
Just like to say a huge thank you your advice was brilliant👍🏼👍🏼We loved cocktails on the 52 nd floor in the park Hyatt, and the Shibuya crossings that you gave us tips on.

Unfortunately, the website would suggest that the half-day tour is an independent “Half Day Sightseeing Tour in Tokyo” and it was with this in mind that I booked the tour. Unfortunately, I now read that others have also discovered that the afternoon tour is only the last legs of the full-day tour. It consisted of ‘free time’ at Tokyo Skytree and a ferry ride. Both of these were fine, but we could have arranged these easily enough ourselves and with less expense. This was also the opinion of another group, with whom we shared the back row of the tour bus. As an end to a day of sightseeing, this may be ideal, but if you are expecting to see sights, do not book a half-day afternoon tour. In short, the half-day afternoon tour was disappointing and not as described.

On our first day to this famous city, we were made to feel a sense of history and its purpose by the commentary of Sho and his colleague( name?). They took us various sites and gave us enough time to take photos and take in the moment! I would recommend.

We had time to fill in and didn't want to walk a lot being tired and old. This was a good thing for us. We had an interesting view of the inner city without having to exert ourselves. It was time well spent. While waiting to get into our hotel room after a long flight we walked about ten minutes from Shiba park Hotel to The World Trade centre Tokyo. For a small fee you can ride to the 40th floor and you will have a peaceful 360 degree view of the city. The area is carpeted and quiet and there are glass viewing windows right around. Well worth doing and better views than from the sky tower in our opinion.

The guide did not give any information about Tokyo and places of interest while on the bus and very little information when we were off the bus visiting sites. It was a half day tour and we expected to get a much better overview of Tokyo, its people and culture. We were disappointed.

It was not in Shinjuku. We took a train to the restaurant the whole day tour was having lunch at. It was easy to get to.

When does the morning tour end. I have a 5pm flight from Narita airport so will need time to check out and store my bag. Please advise.
Hi we will be checking out of a hotel for the morning day tour, will there be space to hold our luggage?

We were on a large bus, however it is probably best to confirm with the tour operator or see if the hotel can hold them for you until you return from the tour.

There are two posibilities , Hamamatsucho bus terminal, and Shinjuku depends on which tour you take. I Went from the bus station below Hamamatsucho .Thats if you are going on the trip , you question doesn't say what you need .
