Hello FAhorace, Thank you very much for your feedback and booking the trip with us. We're glad that your family had a fun day out. We are terribly sorry that your father had a less than stellar experience during certain points in the day. The driver-guide that was with your family on the day is actually one of our best, so it was a little unexpected that such an experience would occur. Upon consulting the driver-guide, it appeared that your father was continuously asking the same question, over and over again. For instance, he kept asking (about 5-6 times) if it snows in Japan. As the driver needed to focus on the road at that time, he may have, albeit a little rudely, answered that he had already answered that question. I hope you do understand that drivers/guides are human too, and are prone to such errors, reactions and perhaps even lapses in concentration. We will make sure that such does not happen again, however, we hope you do understand your father's role in the situation too. We hope you can still consider our services again and if you do, we'll make sure to put in some extras and specials for you. Thank you again. Best, Sameer
