The driver was great and very patient.. great communication and very friendly.. we had a long drive 3 plus hours, and there was a rest stop for the toilet.. this was good as it allowed us to get some snacks..

Good communication with cab company to arrange transfer from Unamatuna to Negombo. Price fair. But driver VERY sleepy! A bit alarming at times as his head began to fall. But he got us to our destination safely.

Absolutely excellent, can't praise them enough! We used Mirissa cabs 3 times on our Sri Lanka trip to travel from one place to another. They offer an island-wide service & it was easy to book each car online around 48 hours before we wanted to travel. On each occasion, the driver whatsapped a photo of the car in advance so we knew which car was coming to collect us. The cars were all Toyota Prius, nice cars, very clean & new. Drivers courteous & excellent - on a couple of long trips, our drivers stopped at some tourist destinations on the way, places that we wouldn't have seen otherwise, so we were really pleased. Prices good (much better then hotel quotes) & I was able to put onto our credit card in dollars - very easy to book & very reliable. We used Mirissa cabs to travel from Bentota to Kandy, Kandy to Habanara & from Habanara to Ngombo.

I was taken to really nice places, the driver was very kind and attentive. I was expecting an explanation when we got to the different places but didn’t got it, I had to Google all the info. So it’s more like a driver taking you to places.

Well what can I say? Just book this tour, wake up at 5:00 and then, at 6:00 sit like an idiot in the lobby because nobody will show up! It's a pure scam! You will ruin your day!

I booked a day trip to Ella from Weligama. Driver arrived on time, was friendly, very polite and a good and safe driver. He brought me to the Waterfalls, Nine Arches Bridge and Little Adams Peak. At the Nine Arches Bridge he guided me and that was amazing. Would totally recommend a day trip to Ella with Mirissa Caps. Because of the good experience I booked my airport transport at mirissa caps. I changed the time of my departure time and this was absolutely no problem. And in my booking I selected the wrong airport, the company checked my flight and told me. Without them I would be on the wrong airport without even knowing. Definitely 5 stars and would book again every time I'm in Sri Lanka.
