The staff were very friendly and helpful. It's great to have a go kart centre offering other activities if some in the group don't want to do it. The mini golf is good, the zipline was a cool idea and we didn't play laser tag but nice to have that option. The go kart track is not the biggest but interesting and electric karts are quieter and less smelly.

I want to describe a distressing experience me and my client and friend, encountered at Game Over Entertainment. I think discrimination is unacceptable, and it’s essential that establishments prioritize inclusivity and respectful treatment for all patrons. I put my efforts to handle the situation calmly, even though it was emotionally challenging. "I find the situation we had to go through today unacceptable. With my client at Game Over Gold Coast, we were subjected to discrimination against people with disabilities. First, we had to wait for assistance as no one took the initiative to help us register. Initially, the service was inadequate, and later, when we asked for help, the lady in charge on Saturday morning, around 11:30 am, was rude and disrespectful to my client. She labeled him as incompetent to participate in activities within the establishment. I understand that there are rules and protocols to follow, but the manner and treatment were not befitting of someone in a customer service role. I believe that any act of discrimination should be thoroughly addressed and known to both the authorities of this place and the general public. Recreational activities should provide spaces for all individuals and promote inclusion and diversity. The staff should offer assistance and support for specific requirements within the population. I cannot tolerate people lacking empathy and education treating my client in such a derogatory and rude manner. A formal apology for my client would be necessary, as this situation has significantly affected him, leaving him feeling upset and frustrated. While I tried to maintain composure and explore alternative options to access the games, I was unsuccessful. I could have spoken to the manager more assertively, but I didn’t want to expose my client to further distress. I hope that such discriminatory and harmful situations do not recur at this venue, as the emotional damage is irreparable.

Kids were ready and harnessed to do click n climb! We witnessed a dad fall hard from up high to the ground. Absolutely devastating for him, his family & all who witnessed. That could have been our kids.

Because of torrential rain, we decided to come here instead of the theme parks and it was an excellent decision. The 2 kids really enjoyed the activities on offer, in particular, the Go-Karting, rock climbing, meat hook ride and mini golf. I would recommend going here in inclement weather.

Went here for go carting with my oldest son and we both loved the racing. Very well organized to give people racing time with as short as possible wait times. The carts are electric which is great for powering out of tight corners. Small groups racing at a time also with kids in there own races. Heaps of other activities to do on site as well.

I had the best experience with the staff member, Jeremy.  He was lovely.   We were supposed to have the lap together with another family. I approached Jeremy and told him my son does not play well with others.  I did not mention he is autistic. However, I guess from his dressing and behaviour do tell.  Jeremy was patient and tried to arrange a solo session for my son and my husband.  As informed, we were made to wait for two sessions before we could go solo. Which was reasonable and fair.  I really appreciate the patient and non-judgement kindness from Jeremy.  Thank you and you deserve to be seen, Jeremy.  

Great staff, Very hard track, worth the visit petrol heads Super Quick Karts, super slippery 3 level track.

Went there as a family but the kids went in the junior karts while we went in adult karts. My youngest just missed the cutoff for the adult karts so we were split up. Only downfall was that I hoped the sessions went for longer. The premises and karts were clean. The electric karts were grippy so there wasn’t any drifting able to be done. Plenty of notice was given to advise people of their session coming up. Overall very happy and will revisit.

Great facility, the kids and BIG kids loved it. The carts are fantastic, the staff were very helpful.

Took my 4 kids here and 2 raced in the junior go karts and the other 2 in adults. They absolutely loved it and couldn't stop smiling from start to finish. Prices are really cheap for the amount of time they get on the track and the more races they do the cheaper it gets p/p. The staff were really friendly and really encourage safety. We will definitely return here again. Thanks Game Over team.

Racing your mates around a track without weather being an issue cause it’s indoors! Gameover thank you. Great facility and easy for parents to relax and watch on. Definitely worth a visit

Game over is a load of fun! It has a good range of variety. The rock climbing is awesome with a heap of different walls to climb. The go carts are loads of fun and so is the Lazer tag. Definitely a must do.

We spent $200 for barely ten minutes of race time. It felt like the staff did not want us to be there at all, when we asked about the other activities the staff member was very unenthusiastic and made us feel like we were a pest. Would not recommend this place at all, has good potential but the staff and the pricing was a let down, especially since we were the only people there. Didn’t know how to strap up my helmet and they did not even try help me do it. They say you get 10 minutes of racing for the inflated price you pay but we were only on the track for barely 5 minutes. Don’t waste your time at this place.

The go karts are awesome and so is the staff. Prices are ok and it has a great atmosphere. Will be back for sure.
