We were left stranded on the side of the road in a foreign city by our tour guide. We had a lot of difficulty finding the meeting point (part of our group can only walk slowly), but when we got there, we were shocked to find out that our tour guide had sent us an email a minute ago saying that they had left without us and had put us down as a "no show". We were given no contact number to call the tour guide to say that we were at the meeting place. We had provided two whatsapp numbers to contact us, but received zero contact on both numbers, and the guide used email, which is notorious for being slow. Confused, we called the tour office who redirected us to someone else, who then refused to pick us up and told us to make our own arrangements to meet them there! They said this with the knowledge that the fastest way to get there without booking a private car would take us an entire two hours longer, which would mean we would completely miss out on the tour. We are incredibly disappointed by this complete lack of customer service, and complete disregard of proper contact, and negligence on their part, despite having paid the full amount upfront.

WORST TRAVEL AGENCY EVER. Tour guide left our group without any attempt to contact us, even though we have elderly amongst us. Tried to contact the office, the lady who answered the call showed no remorse at all. Very Bad experience. Even telling us to make our own way to go there. Please be careful with this kind of agency for those who have not been to Kaohsiung before, like us.

We booked a tour to Alishan. The tour guide told us to meet him in front of First Bank. We were there but the driver did not turn up. We called him, and he said he had left without us. We did not receive any call from him. I wouldn't recommend this travel agent at all unless you want to lose your money. The service was really disappointing. We were left stranded in a town that we do not know anyone at all. DO NOT USE THIS TRAVEL AGENT! Money stealer!

After much difficulty with locating the meeting point (a part of our group is physically unable to walk quickly), we found to our horror that the tour guide had sent us an email a minute ago stating they had left without us and had put us down for not showing up. This despite knowing that the fastest way to get there without booking a private car would take us an entire two hours longer. Sorely disappointed by this complete lack of customer service. Angered by the complete disregard and neglect despite having paid a full amount of about NTD 16000 (NTD 8000 per person for a group of 8 people).
