On recommendation of someone on tripadvisor forum, I decided to use Smart Travel which is based in Muscat. I cannot recommend this travel agency enough! Hussain met us the airport and it was first class service all the way! Oman is a beautiful country with lots to see and do. From the first email I sent Smart Travel, I always felt they were listening to what I wanted to do and see in Oman. I was with my two daughters and we never felt unsafe. Hussain was very attentive to our every need. I know some people like to drive especially in a place like Oman where the roads are very new and signs are in English but, why drive when you can be driven around with expert guides? I would recommend Smart Travel to anyone planning a visit to Oman!

If you want to see the real Arabic culture and the nature of Oman but also to have an adventure, you must do this tour. Smart Oman tours did organize it very well, everything was like we had agreed with. The tourguide was very nice. Omani people are very very kind, you'll notice that, once you are there. The pictures speak for themselves.To be honest, this was my best trip ever, thanks to this tour. Oman is a very great country!

I am the tour leader for a group of 19 people who visited Oman at the end of November 2017 for 9 days. I am an experienced traveller (I visited > 90 countries) so I know what to expect and to get from a destination and from the local service providers. We were offered with a tailored program for the group in order to capture the most important sightseeings of the country: off road in Jabel Shams, visit of 2 wadi's, off road in desert, oasis, camp in desert, Muscat, beaches and Dhofar province with Salalah. Everything went smoothly: from the arrival were we were greated by our leading guide Nasser till we said goodbay to our 5 4x4 drivers. When I deciced to visit Oman I really hab no idea where to start looking for helpful guides and places to see. After a slow start, the communication with Smart Travel and Tourism went really well, which is why I decided to do two guided tours, one in muscat and a full day tour to nizwa, jabreen Castle, etc. My guides Ahmed and Mounir answered all my questions and explained a lot by themselves. Excellent assistance, great disposability. We did a journey organized for us. Excellent drivers, always at disposal for changing forecasted daily programs. We had to postpone our forecasted journey and they did it withouth any penalty; we didn't like an hotel, also if previously approved by ourselves, and they immediatly changed it wih another, without any penalty or overprice. We think one of the best agency for visit Oman.
