Our tour guide was ras a very nice friendly young man who is a credit to his company. Very good English some great suggestions, always had cold water when we got back into the vehicle. I hope the company knows what a gem they have with this man. If you can ask for a driver I would definitely recommend ras. We chose the 6 hour tour and were able to do everything we wanted and a couple of suggestions from ras himself. Thank you to ras for making it such a special event for us and I would do it again to see other parts of the island.

Rented half a day tour for a short 6 hour cruise excursion. They are very well prepared and ready to be consulted for the best option for the tour anytime. Kudos to our driver mr. Maan for his exceptional service. I hope to meet such kind driver everywhere on our journey! His English may be pretty basic but his service is commendable. Our kids were very irritable because of the hot weather, but he kept his smile and tried his best to facilitate our needs. We ended up adding another hour due to the traffic and the shopping needs and the company is very flexible about it.

Recommend this service if you want to see different parts of Phuket, company was very helpful with suggestions and was helpful to carry suitcases from the hotel and see different sites then being dropped off in the airport. Recommend if you also need taxi from airport to get to downtown Phuket.

What an exceptional day! My driver, Mr.Korn, was incredibly kind and patient with me as we toured Phuket. I felt very safe with him as my driver as well. I never felt rushed and I was able to take ALL the pictures I wanted at each site. We were able to communicate even with my complete lack of speaking Thai...sometimes it took a minute to figure it out but we did and it was part of the fun! My tour was accurate to what I had asked for and I was frequently offered cold water, hand towels and he even bought me some very tasty peanuts to try. I will certainly be using this company's services again as I explore more of Phuket and I would be very delighted if I had Mr.Korn as my driver again!! I really wasn't quite sure what to expect when I booked this trip many months ago, I wondered if it would feel too long. On the contrary! It turned out to be just the right amount of exploring, got to see plenty but didn't feel worn out. I am so glad I took the leap and got to create some really beautiful memories and take pictures to my heart's content! IT was an amazing roundtrip in Phuket. The driver was very kindly and helpfull. We saw the best places in the Island.

Mr Sunit was very punctual, very friendly and he shared interesting information. He ist an experienced, relaxed driver who always made sure we had enough water to drink and who provided us with cooling towels. For our company retreat over four days in Phuket, we used the services of this company for all our airport transfers and full day excursions. The services provided by them was par excellence! Very nice driver and guide. Every location you visit is very cool, especially in the Phucket area. Only thing i would change is stay a little longer in old town,but besides this, i do recommend to take this tour.

5/5 recommend! We ended up in Monkey Hill and shopping/massages in the City. Our tour basically took us wherever we wanted to go and provided suggestions!

We hired this company twice for 6hrs, they were fantastic first we had Dum and Nanna, they were very nice people and would accommodate wherever we wanted to go and even waited for an hour while my husband tried to do a geocache, and my husband was first to find, for the information for people who geocache. We got to see the monkeys at monkey Hill, the botanical Gardens, and several other places. We also had Mr Pong as a driver for six hours he was very nice also and would do anything for you. He took us to the lowest point of phuket, big buddah, Old Phuket Town and some other places. Thank you to Customized Phuket Tours for allowing us to use your service.
