A very enjoyable private tour with our guide Jose. He was very knowledgeable and also earnest which made talking to him and learning from him very enjoyable. We did have an issue with one of the Segways breaking down, but he was efficient in going back to replace it and made up for the lost time. We saw many birds in the park, including the rare Purple Swamphen. The only con was that the route was not circular, so we had to backtrack the entire way. I would highly recommend this tour for those who would like a taste of the Ludo Trail.

Our guide José was great. His knowledge of the local area and the history was brilliant & it was nice to learn more about the area. There was good communication on where to meet and when the host would arrive. It was just my partner and I on the tour and we both really enjoyed it. It was also our first time on Segway’s, but José was great at explaining how they worked, tips on how to use them and put safety first. If you are in the area, I would recommend the tour, but do it at the start of your trip, so you can benefit from all the local tips on places to eat / visit.

It was great! We had a wonderful time. Joe was brilliant! His English was very good, which we really appreciated. Tips on where to eat and what else to do were greatly received! Saw parts of the town that we just wouldn’t have seen on foot and received some really good local history too.

A fun and informative tour around the marina, into Quarteria, and back, with some stops for photos on the way. Joe was a great guide and spoke good English, he shared some history of the area and tips for good places to visit, and sent photos and video he took of us. There are daytime tours too, which would give you the views but night-time was amazing with the city lights and the quieter streets meant we could zip around and see areas not usually possible. Recommended.

So yesterday 2 almost pensioners went on a Segway tour of an area completely new to us. The guide Joseph was on time and took care to make sure that we could 'control' the Segways (to an extent!). We were fitted with helmets and off we went. Joseph was excellent, giving us warnings of even the smallest bump, taking great care when we needed to cross roads (on crossings) so I felt very safe and able to enjoy the whole experience. We learnt so much about the Vilamoura and Quarteira, including a lot of history. Joseph knew all the best places to eat too, covering a wide range of tastes. We both thoroughly enjoyed the trip and plan to cover another area with Algarve by Segway very soon!

Great fun riding a Segway. The tour guide knew a lot about Faro, and he was nice company with small talk and all. I saw a lot, and learned a lot, about Faro. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend this activity. We are a family of 5 (kids 16, 11, 11) and we all loved it. It takes about 1.5 hr which is a perfect amount of time. Don't be intimidated because the segways aren't difficult to use. It takes about 5 minutes to get the hang of it and then you're good to go. I even did it with a shoulder injury and I did fine. Wear sunscreen and maybe take some water in a backpack on a hot day. Some of the tour is shaded under trees but some of it is in the sun so plan accordingly.

Great tour with a great guide. Wonderful sights and lots of information about where to eat and where to go which we used for the remainder of our trip. Can't wait to come back and do another tour.

Whole family thoroughly enjoyed it, our 10 year old was well able to operate her Segway. Nelson was a fantastic guide, I would highly recommend to anyone!

Excellent first time Segway experience (in the rain) to see the beautiful Ria Formosa and Quinta do lago. Andre was a great guide. He was very patient whilst we got the hang of the Segway! Would definitely recommend this company.

We always love to do a Segway tour as it’s a great way to see a city. You cover so much distance and see so much. Our guide for this trip was Andre and he was very polite and good company for the tour. He made our small group feel very welcome and explained all the safety requirements carefully. The tour itself lasted almost an hour and a half and took us along the beach/promenade through Quarteira. Would definitely recommend this trip. Thank you Andre for a great Segway experience.

Monchique segway tour. Absolutely brilliant guide, Andrea, and easy scenic tour. I think I would have liked a brief stop for 15mins for a coffee midway through.

This is a family friendly Segway tour! Nelson was very helpful and informative, we all enjoyed looking at the views as well as the animals! Would love to come again!

Andre who we were following was a good representative and he explained all the different places he took us from the start of McDonalds in Vilamoura to Vilamoura marina and onwards to Quanteira. Highly recommend as you get a lot to see and explanation of the different places we went. When I compare this activity to the Segway in Gran Canaria the host in Spain had a go pro and took photos and a video whilst we rode the Segway, on this tour we captured a single photo on one of our stops by the lighthouse using my iPhone.
