Prompt and efficient driver (Zeb). There was a lot of snow and diversions, blocked roads etc. He navigated us through it all.

The view was amazing, first stop at a beautiful town with there typical foods and pastry were delicious. Driver was very knowledgeable and had lots of patience.

Horrible experience! First of all they never ever contacted me till half a day prior to my the date! There has been a mistake in the date of booking, If I knew ahead of time like a day or two I would have cancelled it sooner. We were not even in Japan, We are going next month and this reservation was supposed to be for the next month. As soon as I got their message on Monday morning at 6 am (Tour was scheduled for Tuesday 9 am), I told them this is a mistake and please cancel it or transfer it to next month when we are actually there! I give them 4 different dates to change it to and they said they are all booked on those dates! Then I said then cancel and return 463$. They said since it is less than 24 hours their time, they won't give me a dime, not even half of it. Nothing! This is so unfair and I have been charged for the service I never received and I was cancelling more than 24 hours my time! The only reason I was cancelling that date is because I didn't know about it till then, If they would have communicated or contacted me earlier I would have cancelled it way earlier than that. They say Japanese people are nice but not this group! WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!

This was a fantastic way to see the areas around Mt. Fuji! Our guide, Ken, was amazing. He was very knowledgeable about the history of each stop, made excellent recommendations for lunch, and was just all around fun to talk to and get to know. Highly recommend!

Lovely trip to see Mount Fuji! Very cold day but the views were clear, so quite lucky that way. Comfortable car and lovely guide….we had plenty of time to stroll and take in the sights!

Fun day exploring the Mt Fuji region! We were lucky to be blessed with perfect weather and many spectacular perspectives on the mountain. We visited on the weekend towards the end of the year and there were many other tourists, making some of the queues quite long (esp. to get up and down the ropeway). While this meant that we missed one stop, it was all definitely worthwhile. Shout out to our excellent driver, Sam! It was nice to spend the day in his care.

Great trip! Our driver/tour guide, Sir Ken, arrived on time and helped us budget our time in Mt. Fuji so we can see as many places as we can. My family and I had a great time and we felt so lucky to see Mt. Fuji in full visibility. Would definitely come and book again!

In addition to being a great driver with fantastic customer service, he was professional, friendly, prompt, made wonderful recommendations and spoke great English! The tour company contacted us in advance to ensure everything was properly set up and any questions answered. We visited a pagoda and Lake Kawaguchi with stunning views of Mt. Fuji. Also spent some time at the Gotemba premium outlet mall before an on-time drop off at our hotel in Ueno. Highly recommended this one-day private van tour (7 in our party) to the Mt. Fuji area.
