I attended YUCa's cooking class with my partner and had an amazing time! YUCa is such a warm, welcoming, informative and professional host who exuded an inspiring passion for cooking and connecting with others. During our class, we learned about popular types of Ramen, and how they differ from each other, and learned about different flavours that are used in Japanese cooking. There were many great highlights during this class such as assembling our ramen bowls and creating a gyoza pizza! I enjoyed my time cooking with YUCa and the other guests in our class, and cannot wait to try the recipes we learned! Thanks YUCa :D

Had an amazing time learning to cook ramen and gyoza! Yuca was incredibly knowdgeable and I learnt a lot about ramen and the making of it! This class is amazing and very unique. YUCa is a wonderful host and welcomes you into her home with tea and snacks, while she teaches you to make simple, yet delicious food. This class gives you a feel for true home Japanese cooking that no other experience could. It’s a small group, making it an intimate class with a great host. I am excited to try this again at home!

My partner and I have started a tradition of doing a cooking class in every country we go to. YUCa’s class was the one we decided to book after lots of research. She was so well organised, engaging and patient. She provided recipes that were so easy to follow and gave us many helpful tips during the whole class. We really enjoyed this experience and would highly recommend it to anyone going Tokyo :)

YUCa is a very friendly person and she definitely knows how to cook. She explains every step and answers all the questions. I recommend it also for people who are travalling alone around japan. You will meet nice people in a cozy environment. ありがとございました。

Amazing cooking class! YUCa's Japanese Cooking class is a great way to learn a little bit more about Ramen and Gyosas and how they are made. Yuca is a great sensei! All the steps are explained thoroughly but in a very casual and fun environment. I feel this class should be part of the itinerary of anyone visiting Tokyo! I will return for a different class for sure.

Our experience was wonderful. Everything was organized, and instructor was informative and engaging. It was fun to meet and cook with other people from around the world! We'll now be able to make one of our favorites -gyoza, as well as delicious ramen.

The food was amazing and simple. The instructions were easy to follow, and it was especially helpful having a teacher who spoke English.

This class was everything I hoped it would be. YUCa was incredibly welcoming and friendly. She walked the class through each recipe with detailed instructions so even beginners could follow along with ease. YUCa provided detailed printed recipes, local recommendations and a local supermarket tour where she showed us all sorts of ingredients (some we had used in class), snacks and drinks.
