Mr Zaid collected us (family of 4) from KL airport and took us to our hotel in KLCC, he also drove us from KL to Lumut (3 hours). His prices were very reasonable, he was punctual and a very good and safe driver. On top of all of this he was a lovely man with a great sense of humour and an infectious laugh - highly recommended!

Book a Private taxi Port Klang-KL-Port Klang. Contacted Kernal Singh by Whatsapp & email. Negotiated price and arrangement for the day. Originally asked for a car for 2 passengers. He comes in a 12 seater luxury MPV with a licence plate that reads LIMO 4091 W. Kernal drvies for CEO's and company execs but also loves showing tourista around the KL area. He picked us up at 9 outside Port Klang port. Very clean car, had bottles of water (much needed in 32 degrees heat). Drove us to KL constantly talking about places we drop past and history. More of a private tour guide really. Straight to Petronas Towers, KL Tower, independence Square etc. Asked him if I coukd have Indian Masala Chai so he drove us to Little India where a cuppa and coke cost us R4. 70 which was about 80p (6R to £). Kings Palace was next, Had been advised thag Batu Caves would be busy due to festival, we asked if it feasible to go. He agreed to take us. I had requested for a partivular stop at a Sikh Temple which we stopped at on our way back from the caves. Back to the ship about half hour before all aboard. Talking to other passengers who had booked the TUI excursions, we had done 2 of their seperate excursions for £100 for 2 people. Thank you so much for a tiring but very informative day Kernal. We originally just booked EnovaCab for the transfer from Port Klang Cruise terminal to our hotel in Kuala Lumpur and then looked into other tours that were available. Zaidi sent through a list of tours that he did and we eventually added on the KL City Tour for the day we transferred from the cruise ship, then a trip to the Kuala Gandah elephant sanctuary and to see the Fireflies the following day and we also booked for him to take us to the airport on our last day. Zaidi was very professional. He responded to e-mails promptly and arrived early for each booking. Throughout our three trips he was very polite and gave us a lot of information on each of the places we visited. He also made sure we had plenty of photographs of the two of us at the different venues visited. The tour of Kuala Lumpur took us to all the major sights plus a few others although the first day we weren't able to go to Batu Caves as it was a holiday and you couldn't get near to the place. We added this venue on to our next day's itinerary. The trip to the elephant sanctuary was very nice - not a tourist trap in our view and the elephants weren't being used to perform tricks for the tourists which makes a change. The journey was around 1 hour 45 minutes each way so it was a long trip but the motor cycles racing each other kept us entertained on the journey! Batu Caves were amazing and a must see, despite the crowds. The Fireflies were something different and amazing - Zaidi took us to a government run facility which used boats which were rowed and enabled us to get up close to the Fireflies. We did a full day tour as a shore excursion on a cruise stopping at Port Klang to Kuala Lumpur. Our driver Shah was wonderful, friendly and kept us on schedule as he skillfully drove us through all the sites we wanted to see in KL. We saw so much more than the more expensive cruise ship excursions. We went to Batu Caves, time for photo stops at the palace, KL tower, Petronas Towers and more. We even had time to walk around and have lunch in Chinatown. Highly recommend.

Everything about this company was fantastic! Zaidi, the team leader, was excellent at communicating through email and WhatsApp. Shah, our driver, was an outstanding host; very easy going, pleasant to converse with, and highly accommodating. The car was near new and very comfortable for our family of five. The value for money of this company was truly outstanding. Highly recommend this service to anyone going to or in KL Maylaysia. We needed to arrange transport to and from the Sepang track for the 2023 MOTOGP weekend. The cost was 350MYR a day. Mr Zaidi’s company was recommended to us from a group of fellow Aussies hotel guests. We do not have “WhatsApp” but still managed to secure a booking for the whole weekend. Mr Zaidi was most helpful when we asked if we could help out another couple of guys to join our ride..this was done quickly and with a slight adjustment of cost but no bother, so thank you again to Mr Ameer, our driver. Zaidi is a brilliant driver. He has a Innova car with great luggage space and he keeps it very clean. I travelled with him as a family for 6 days and he has excellent knowledge of KL and day trips from KL. We went to kuala selangor for the monkeys and fireflies, Genting highlands, Melaka and tours within KL as well. He is very reasonable priced for the service and is super punctual, always 10-15 mins early. He even had to wait for 2 hours at the airport as out flight into KL got delayed. He was very relaxed about it and didnt even mention it. Cant fault him on anything. Such a gentle man and safe driver. I will definitely be using his services every time we visit KL.
