Experience Nzulezu! A village built solely on stilts. The stilts are separated by a pier with one side as residence and the opposite structures being a school, church and community centres. Enjoy country side scenes with a sight seeing road trip from Takoradi. Then we take a boat ride over the Tadane Lake to Nzulezu. Take a tour of the village on stilts and experience the rustic lives of the people. Go boat riding and learn canoe fishing. Enjoy delicious meals from freshly grown and organic crops. Take another ride back to Takoradi but not without amazing souvenirs and keepsakes from the village. This package includes meals and drinks. You will be transported by an experienced driver and guide in an SUV. Come away with us to Nzulezu! Experience nature, culture, historical innovation and escape from city life.

Fred from Carmen's Travel and Tours was awesome. He spoke perfect English, knowledgeable about the country and the tour we were on, friendly and accommodating. We learned a lot about the area from him. Visiting Nzulezu village and learning about the history and life in the village was interesting. Do bring extra cash if you wish to tip the canoe/village guide and to donate to village residents.

Well on our way to Nzuzlezu, they showed us the place where a river meet the sea, very beautiful, you can see the river and the sea joining, but color. At Nzulezu too we got the opportunity to ride on the boat and experience how awesome people have built houses on the river, very nice village, will love to visit there again.
