An absolutely perfect way to spend a Saturday morning. Although it was an extremely hot day, it was beautiful on the water with the capable team. A fantastic gift from my daughter.

      Relaxing and fun kayaking experience
We had a great time kayaking a beautiful part of the river. Our guides, Kyle, Bryan, and Rachel, were excellent. They were very friendly and lovely people who explained everything clearly and provided interesting information about the area's history and wildlife. The pre-tour information was communicated well. All the equipment was in excellent condition, and everything was well-organised and safe but relaxed and fun. The pace of the tour was perfect. Thank you for a very enjoyable morning. Great day!
Was a nice gentle kayak with a good bit of history from the lovely boys conducting the tour. We all stayed very dry with the exception of a few drips from the paddle and the jetty was quite hot so I'd say it's a good idea to wear your shoes. Fantastic day out and a great venue to start for lunch and maybe more than a tasting.

      Paddling Fun in Beautiful Scenery
Had a wonderful morning with a group of friends in the Swan Valley paddling downriver from Mandoon Estate to Woodbridge with G0-Go Active Tours. Our friendly and informative guide Matt was a mine of information about the indigenous and colonial history of the area, and we rafted up several times to listen to Matt's interesting bites of the past or the ecology of the area, and the birdlife. We all felt safe, the kayaks were well maintained, and Matt was attentive to everyone in the group. Afterwards we enjoyed a fabulous wine tasting at Mandoon, one of the Swan Valley's premium wine estates.

A beautifully guided and peaceful trip up the Canning River.
We went on the Cliffs and Caves tour last year and came back for this one. Matt is an amazing guide whose knowledge on the area is outstanding. He has clearly spent a lot of time learning the Aboriginal history, the history since colonial settlement, and a heap of information about the birdlife and the natural environment. What a lovely way to spend a morning!

A highly recommended experience kayaking the Canning River wetlands
A fabulously informative kayak trip in the well preserved Canning River wetlands where we learnt so much about the history, unique flora and diverse fauna of this special environment. Matt’s knowledge and enthusiasm towards preservation of the wetlands was so infectious we felt privileged to be able to share this opportunity to experience this unique part of Perth. The kayak pace was good and the coffee stop was a great opportunity to talk with Matt and other guests. A highly recommended experience.

"Pedals & Petals" - springtime wildflowers of WA
This was a wonderful tour around the 'uncultivated' parts of Kings Park. Only offered in September, it was a wonderful, informative look at the spring wildflowers native to WA. We had a wonderful time - thanks so much, Matt and Sue, for a great morning out.

A fabulous guided cycle ride in King's Park to see the wildflowers. A real highlight of our trip. Matt was a great host - informative, friendly and happy to extend the tour when our questions and interests required him to do so. Thanks Matt!

If you want to experience kayaking and learn something of the history of the Swan River, then book this tour. It doesn't require any previous experience and the guides Matt and Kevin made this a great day out. We had a very diverse group but everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves and the follow up at the Yacht Club with coffee and Sue who made everyone welcome and daresay new friendships established!
    You won't be disappointed.

Matt & his staff were excellent to deal with during this whole experience. So friendly and easy to relate to. I was 37 weeks pregnant and felt comfortable paddling through this tour. The kayaks were very steady and comfortable. There was a little treat to end the tour as well, which was a surprise! Highly recommend this tour for a relaxing yet active experience to learn a bit about Perth’s cliffs/caves.

Easy pace Kayaking with lovely cave views. General information provided and a few handy tips on how to make paddling smoother and more effective. Coffee or a soft drink provide at the end of our paddling morning and a chance to have a chat. Good quality equipment was provided and we all felt very safe. Nothing was too much trouble from picking me up from the station to dropping me off. Great communications and follow up.

We had an excellent morning kayaking with Matt, who was a great guide and instructor for us novices! We got the right balance of interesting information and history of the area along side the fun of kayaking and seeing the swan river from a different perspective. The dolphins were an added bonus!! Thank you Matt! (Just about to book the wine kayaking trip!

We had an excellent morning with Matt kayaking from the EFYC along the Swan River to Blackwall Reach (the deepest part of the river) and back. Matt was an excellent guide and demonstrated a deep knowledge of indigenous culture and their settlement of this area.

At the conclusion of the tour we enjoyed a lovely hot cuppa at the EFYC which has sweeping views over the Swan River.
