How to spend New Year’s Eve in London

Somerset House is a special place to visit any time of year, but the New Year’s Eve celebrations are especially magical. This year, it has partnered with Moët & Chandon to ring in 2023 with great aplomb. Amazing views of the fireworks can be had from Somerset’s terrace, but the ice rink may be even more of a draw.
