Honorable mentions
While these resorts are not true all-inclusives, they offer full- and half-board meal plans, so you can pick and choose what works best for you. (Note, often alcohol is not included in these plans, which can be cost-saving for sober travelers and others.)
Sugar Beach, St. Lucia

Nestled in the mountains in the gorgeous landscape of St. Lucia, Sugar Beach is a haven of relaxation and romance. Upon arrival, take a golf cart up to your private villa complete with pool and let the stress of the journey subside.
