Most boneheaded airport staff, completely unempowered to do anything but "sorry for inconvenience". Ten days and refund is "under review". No way to contact anyone with authority. Customer service empowered to do precisely nothing. Ironic that I booked this flight due to schedule and not fare. Never again. Staff so stupid it makes me wonder if they are smart enough...

Basic requirements were met and both flights were as per expectations. Landing on return flight from Kuching to KL was a bit rough though.

The check-in process was quick. Cabin crews were friendly and helpful at all time. The legroom was quite small, but it is sufficient for my 2 hours flight. Definitely get more than you pay.

If you are a tall person and would want a spacious knee space, then this Airline going to Manila from Taiwan and vice versa is not for you. This is fit for asian size like us, and still we find it too tight for comfort.

Fist time flyer with Air Asia & it was good! I flew from Gold Coast, Australia to Auckland, New Zealand. I paid a little extra in my ticket so I could have extra luggage & a meal but there was no in house movies so made sure to upload movies through my Netflix to watch on my mobile phone.

The cabin crew are courteous, some even entertaining. The food is good and relatively more affordable. It was a bit cramped but still comfortable.

Short flight from SIN to KCH, midday flight on a Sunday. Flight was more than 50% empty, so obviously the overall experience was better. Boarding was on time and efficient, and crew were reasonably pleasant. For this short flight, I had paid for the first row of seats, and so legroom was aplenty. The A320 had obviously seen quite a...

Virtually my only complaint with AirAsia is that it doesn't seem possible to book connecting flights between the different companies that make up AirAsia ie AirAsia Berhad, AirAsia Indonesia, AirAsia Thailand etc. I wanted to travel from Makassar Indonesia to Hong Kong which involves AA Berhad & AA Indonesia..The connection time in KL for flights is quite close and because...

The cheapest way to fly to Kuala Lumpur with cabin bag (7kg max) only. Onboard meal was an extra MYR15. Cheaper if pre booked online. The flight was pleasant and on time. The arrival gate to the main terminal was a long walk but manageable.

Checkin was terrible. Jaw dropped as the staff individually scaled with home scales carry on bags at boarding pass, it was pathetic but entertaining as travellers went spazzy at the airline staff. Big airport; thought we was walking home, took 18min to get to plane. The plane was ancient, seats old and plastic with metal arm rests. When it took...
