Flight was good with friendly service. My only issue is with the menu offers. Please, please, please get rid of the beef wrap as it is awful. The worst airline sandwich I have ever tried. For what it costs it should be edible. Rented movies pads for young grandchildren and found children's movie selection limited.

Our family has been loyal WestJet customers for 10 years. We take 3 to 4 annual vacations and have been purchasing Plus seats for the past 3 years. Our return flight 2755 form Nassau (February 8th, 2016) was booked as PLUS and did pay the extra fees. My wife and I traveled with our daughter and had 4 bags total...

The one thing I notice as a tall person is the leg room on their 737-700. You can book a seat ahead of time with no problem The best thing about the airline is the staff, from the pilot to the attendants, they are good natured and fun to fly with.

I am very happy with how Westjet affordably includes rural areas in bookings. Normally to travel to the UK I would need to pay at least $200 for a flight to a bigger airport and leave from a bigger airline, but Westjet includes the rural areas in international itineraries very affordably. It was actually cheaper for me to book from...

This airline always steps up to the plate Never ever bad service no matter what is going on with people the staff goes above and beyond!!! Must take some special training to deal with some of the people they get on their flights not sure I could keep my composure when someone yells in my face for something that is...

this was our first flight with West jet,and the leg room was fantastic.i appreciated how the steward tried to crack a few jokes during his inflight security review.not going to lie the fact that we have to pay for food is annoying.i know that is the way all flights are going but they should have more options available then.

Since Air Canada abandonded the PSP-YYC route Westjet has had a monopoly on this routing. As a result the prices have increased. The seats are tight and there is little leg room. Generally the staff are friendly and reasonably attentive. The direct flight is an easy trip to and from the desert.

We took 5 flights in the last 3 years and always had a great experience with this airline. Due to my wife's handicap we thought going on a holiday with a flight would be very hard but thanks to the great service from the employees at Westjet we had nothing else but great help of them with a wheelchair service....

Check in at Toronto, unfortunately the airport itself, not Westjet, is a puzzling maze on inconvenience and frustration. Once on board all the "little" things that add up to a great flight once again further proved without a doubt that this is a superb airline that cares about their guests. A casual and jovial crew with persistent smiles and a...
