After United roughed up that doctor and drug him off the plane, I never thought I’d fly United again. In honesty though, I’m loyal to the lowest price. They got me from where I was to where I was going and back safely, and for less than anyone else. Every airline can sell me cramped seats that don’t recline adequately...

This is the third time in recent years we've checked a bag with United Airlines and we did not receive it (3 for 3). Because of poor processes and lack of baggage handling reliability, we always travel with carry-ons if at all possible. Well, never ever trust them with your personal property. Checked a bag in with a United priority...

I always fly United since Air Micronesia (Continental) merged with Continental. I have found that United is extraordinarily responsive to customer comments/complaints. I have seen my flights on this route improve immensely from simple issues I have had on my prior flights. That is why I give this flight a five-star rating.

So nice to fly directly into Key West . Nice small airplane, no delays and a nice friendly airport. Also the United Club was a wonderful way to start my vacation!

Our experiences with United have not always been great, but we have to say that on balance they are doing better now than a few years ago on domestic. This was our first overseas flight in Polaris class, and it really was quite good. The Polaris lounge at EWR is a vast improvement over the old business class lounge (and...

While there were plenty of movies and television shows to choose from, I was very surprised and disappointed to find that music was not an option.

Left early. Great service in the premium cabin, well worth the upgrade. Flight attendant was very friendly and pleasant, always smiling despite the turbulence. Captain and 1st did their best to make the flight smooth and kept us updated. Pop up club at EWR could have been better. Would be nice if they got the regular club up and running...
