Made it out of Newark early, remarkable, considering it wasn't the first AM flight to Greensboro. Had a chuckle at the humor of flight attendant, Robert, part of the sarcastic Newark-based crew. True Jersey!

We paid over $7,000 for round trip in the new Polaris Business Class. After that they wanted $29.95 for wifi. This was disgusting. In addition, the advertised lounges don't exist except in Chicago. I can't say how nickel and dime this is. They should be ashamed.

Just awful. Help that does not speak English. The planes are late canceled mis booked. How do you book a flight that arrives at 7:02 to a connecting at 7:05? $30 for wifi $6 to watch TV. Go with one of the economy carriers. Better service without the price.

I traveled from Austin to Chicago and then on to Anchorage. The flight was good. I purchased extra leg room and glad I did. We did not have any issues on the flight. I liked the TV in the back of the seats. They gave us free tv due to issues they were having. I liked being able to watch...

United Air is harassing me, belittling what I paid for their tickets, through their web site, and making me feel as if I did something wrong! I did not initiate the call telling me they decided not to give me seat assignments and I did not initiate the email giving such rotten, thoughtless, purposely horrible seat assignments. The trip is...

my daughter flies a lot to USA and using different airlines she always prefers United Airlines because the food is good and service is efficient I just wished she hasn't lost all the miles she had as she basically lost the chance to have a free trip anyway apart of that is great airline

My wife and I were returning from Ireland and arrived at O'Hare with little time to spare. We were unable to print boarding passes for United until we arrived so stress levels are high. It turned out we did not have seats assigned and our flight was overbooked. Thankfully we were able to board the plane at the last minute...

We had a flight to stockholm and it was a nice open flight where my wife and I had an open middle seat in the exit row. Just make sure that you get the second exit row on the 757, because that seat reclines, the first one does not recline. The food sucks, the flight attendants are not that great...
