The adventure began with the random selection of Norway as our next major destination, a trip that would take place during Autumn and complete a series of adventures across Scandinavia, although our appetites have certainly been whetted to continue to travel there on a regular basis. We made reservations on United Airlines which, at the time, offered the best fares...

We flew Economy Plus on the Dreamliner with United and we were given the upgrade by the travel agent when we booked. We were so impressed with the extra room we went straight to the desk and paid extra for these seats on our return.

I had a 6am flight and they cancelled the flight and moved me to an 11am one. They didnt say why, but judging by the empty seats, it's pretty obvious why they did. They sent no update on this at all, and secretly changed the flight time just 1-2 days before i left. They seriously cant get me a ticket...

The flight to Miami was without incident and comfortable. we were given a snack and a drink. However on the return flight there was no snack and there was quite a bit of turbulence. The stewardesses were professional and the plane arrived without incident.

My daughter recently moved to LA and I've been searching for an airline loyalty program as I plan to travel there often. I recently flew United and though it was uncomfortable I decided that they offered the best assortment of flights and a good mileage plan. I booked my first flight on the plan for my daughter to come home...

What a nightmare. Left Morgantown, WV as scheduled on 10/18/16 and arrived at Dulles for 8:50 am Flight to LAX to connect to flight to Monterey, CA with landing approximately 2:15pm. Problems began while boarding. We were refused to carry on our rollers suitcases that we have flown other airlines with with no issues. We were not permitted to retrieve...

Very good service, spotlessly clean aircrafts (took four planes, to Mexico and back). The flight attendant in the last flight was so, so funny and so nice. She made the trip very enjoyable. The snacks seemed a bit boring, but the coffee and Mexican juice was great.

I am handicapped and wheelchair service was terrible. Boarding the plane was not ADA accessible. I had to walk up a steep ramp to get on the plane. The elevator was "broken" so that couldn't be used to get on the ground to board the plane. I complained , received a letter but have not been successful in reaching the...

United is usually my favorite airline but last night they really let me down. First the flight took what seemed like forever to push away from the gate. Then it taxied for at least 10 minutes just to get to the runway for take off. The flight was short but the wait for the luggage was not. We landed in...
