Tam is "ok". New planes have flatbed seats on business and service and food are ok, nothing sofisticated. It's a little worse than AA on the new planes and years away from what the Middle East airlines offer Tam lounge in São Paulo is spacious and nice with good food and drinks.

Latam has a app for entertainment which is great, specially if you have kids. Food is ok, could be better, but still better than Gol. Seats are uncomfortable for tall or overweight ppl.

They had two classes: Economy and Premium Business. So I flew in the Premium Business from Rio to Santiago, but it was more like Premium Economy. I rather enjoyed the trip, as the flight attendants were very friendly and helpful. We had a great view of snow-capped Andes Mountains. I had a complimentary access to the Pro Air Lounge in...

Part of our trip to and from Peru was with this carrier. The staff were good as was the food, leg space average and apart from the ladies spraying some form of bug killer over everything it was a little better that BA or Nippon air.

Very convenient when travelling around Brasil. Serves a lot of destinations and the prices are usually reasonably good.

Excellent service on board: food, beverage, enterteinment. Fast check-in and attention. International or national, excellent company. Not 5 stars because after flight with Singapore airlines, other companies are 4 stars.

Both ground and inflight services were fine, just the line to check our luggage was too long and took a lot of time. Aircraft fine, cleqan, comfortable seats and some entertainnent.

I only fly TAM because their flight times are usually the most convenient for me, since their service is not appealing. Flight attendants are not particularly helpful, food options run out quickly and you may get stuck with pasta as the only meal option. I also find that the standard of English spoken by staff is too low and communication...

They don't have much newer aircrafts but the what they have are very good. Comfortable seats with good leg space and width. Friendly staff ! Good food ! I flew Gru-Igu and Lim-Gru. They fly to many of the South American destinations and one of the best ways to save time in South America and in Brazil particularly. Helpful checkin...

Flew Business class with this airline recently and the flight itself was uneventful and reasonably enjoyable. Food was ok but not brilliant. Entertainment system again was ok but the choice of films was rather limited. Seating was comfortable with excellent room - probably their best attribute. Biggest complaint is their website which is difficult to use and can cause confusion...
