Bought SIA to and fro to Colombo but happened outbound flight co share with Silkair. Ordered seafood meal and it was served hot and fresh. Good service and food like its parent airline. Again seamless and comfortable flight. Highly recommended!

It’s a short flight and generally always 75% full. Despite have a tight schedule and demanding passengers, the staff are delightful and attentive. Regardless the number of times they might have repeated the menus, their smiles are always warm and genuine. SilkAir has always been preferred for shorter flights as their professionalism is always in a class of its own....

That was a terrible experience with SilkAir. Last month, I have booked the ticket for my mother-in-law to fly from China Wuhan to Singapore via Singapore Airline App. I paid with my credit card via ApplePay. When my mother-in-law went to Wuhan Airport to check in, the airport staff asked mother-in-law to provide the credit card and otherwise they would...

We expected far better from the regional branch of one of the world's best airlines. However, as a temporarily disabled passenger Silkair was very good both...

There was nothing wrong with this flight apart from it starting 30 minutes late. The legroom was adequate and the food and drinks enjoyable.

Flight was average, slightly more comfortable than a budget carrier; there was no in-flight tv (entertainment), food was basic and bland, service was okay

Background: Due to bad weather surrounding our island off Phuket main island, we were unable to board our boat and on standby, and hence had to miss and reschedule our original return flights from Phuket to Singapore. We had a group of 9 people, that needed to rebook our flights to the next flight out, rescheduling from 255pm to 550pm....

Traveling home after spending a lovely week with our friends I found the staff on the aircraft very friendly and approachable. The food was as good as any food on other flights I have been on.
