On our trip to Vietnam in December 2018, we flew Qantas from Melbourne to Singapore and from Singapore to Saigon, we took Jetstar. Compared to the lukewarm service we received from Qantas steward on board, Jetstar on board service was far superior. Even though the plane was obviously smaller, the comfort was not bad. The meal served was also palatable.

JetStar canceled my flight due to "weather conditions". Qantas, Virgin and even Tiger took-off and landed, but not JetStar. They decided to cancel the flight **after** a couple of short storms passed Sydney airport. When asking their representative why they didn't simply delayed the flight another 30min they replied that doing so might have caused them to get stuck in...

Bought Jetstar Sydney to Melbourne my flight was cancelled hours before takeoff. Only option was picking another flight very late at night, as I had to be in Melbourne the next morning. Was no longer allowed to do online check in on the new flight and told to come to the airport 2 hours early for a domestic flight (ridiculous)....

Fascinating trip over a very dry inland Australia. Prompt comfortable trip, efficient and friendly staff at boarding and destination points., and on plane. I accidentally left hand luggage on board at destination Uluru, which was promptly returned to me intact, for which I was very grateful, as it contained wallet, money, credit cards, license. Big thankyou you to staff. Suggestion...

Other than being a bit late (although advised of course), it was a very comfortable flight back to Sydney. Unfortunately there was an electrical storm when we arrived on Saturday 5 January, and there was a substantial delay getting our bags from carousel. Not Jetstars fault though!!

We recently took this direct flight to Perth from Cairns instead of taking the longer alternative route with Qantas which has a stopover in Alice Springs. The good news is that we got there safely and slightly ahead of the 5 hour scheduled duration. The bad news is that the cabin crew were by and large ineffective ,unpleasant and mostly interested...

Flight was good, and service very efficient and cordial. But we had to shell out an extra $90AUD on board for needed food and drink (10 hours) including $20 for a blanket cos the cabin was cold. Didn't bother with poor movie choices. The menu needs a good bit more love, please.

On our way to Bali Jetstar staff we pleasant enough. On the way back the customer service manger was really looked down her nose at economy. A simple question was met with seriously judgemental looks. The rest of the staff were pleasant enough just seemed stressed. I understand it’s a budget line and only to expect the basics but a...

My wife went online to upgrade our seats as my son & I are both 189cm. She paid $26 extra each seat 💺 and this is where Jetstar con you with clever descriptive spin. The seats we got were called “up front seats” but offered absolutely no more leg room. I had a woman laying in my lap and was...
