disappointed with the timekeeping of the flight the plane was held for 1 hour at Pisa airport because the airline missed the scheduled takeoff slot there were a large number of small children and babies on the flight all getting agitated and upset with the extended wait with the seat belt signs left on throughout our wait

As far as ticket prices go, you will find some of the cheapest on Ryanair. We were headed to Barcelona from Venice and they were considerably cheaper than the other airlines and had quite a few departure times to chose from. I strongly encourage you to pay for the upgrade to premium as it is worth it, as well as,...

Have flown Ryanair many times and rarely have an issue. My last flight was the same. I boarded on time and there was only a slight delay taking off. Good selection of food and crew were friendly. I paid for a seat at the front with extra legroom which is well worth it. No problems.

When checking in online, I like to book my seats so I am garunteed to be sat next to my boyfriend. This time though it said I had to pay for my hand luggage (10kg) even though when I booked it said that was included. So I paid, as I wasn’t taking any other luggage. But since returning I have...

Of course there’s always the chance that the flight might be cancelled stranding you nearish to a foreign city or town..as has happened to many. You may be left to your own devices and not compensated. However if you are one of the lucky ones that get to where you’re supposed to be at roughly the time you expected to...

Our plane got delayed nearly three hours, and when we eventually where in the queue to get in, I saw how the customer service was very rude with a girl who required assistance to get into the plane. She literally told her to stand up and walk down the stairs if she wanted to be in that plane. I was...

didn't think it could happen again but it did. Our departure flight was delayed and once again we had to be bused to Alicante for our flight which took an hour. There was no reps at the airport to show where to go. Our revised boarding time came and went and we eventually took off over 3 hours late

small delay on flight take off. Didn't pay for extra leg room as the price was a rip off. did book priority boarding just to take hand luggage on and surprisingly the leg room was adequate. So will do this in future.

I was flying home from being away for two months. I had a delayed flight through Ryanair which caused me to miss my connecting flight. Speaking with their customer service representative at the Dublin airport was such a belittling experience, I was humilated. The airline took absolutely no responsibility for me missing my connecting flight even though they were two...
