Ryanair Review
Krakow - EdinburghEurope
As a budget airline I suppose you wouldn't expect the best...however I cannot believe the behaviours that were allowed to continue throughout our return flight from Krakow. Several families shouting, banging seats, running up and down the isle causing mayhem and not a word delivered from the staff or parents. The staff themselves were not interested and in all honesty could do with a good shower and also an iron wouldn't go amiss. Absolutely disgusting experience.

You Get What You Pay For
London - DublinEurope
Ryanair are good for short flights as they are cheap. I'm not a big fan of their system in which you have to pay to choose your seat. Obviously, that would not be good if you are travelling with children. On other notes, they do have a good meals system. If you have the Ryanair app you can order food and drink before the flight takes off and they will deliver it to you as soon as the seatbelt signs go off. Ryanair do remove the little area on the seat in front for storage which isn't the best. The staff are friendly and helpful. Unless you're willing to pay extra for choosing your seat then Ryanair probably isn't the best airline for children and parents.

RYANAIR FORCED TO PAY - NOT OKAY!!!
Tenerife - ManchesterEurope
After a smooth journey and relaxing holiday in Tenerife we embarked on the last leg of our journey to Manchester. Queuing in line to board flight FR1248 on the 10th of February at approximately 5:45am we noticed that the Ryanair boarding staff were ladies with attitude! At first i showed the boarding passes upon request and to my utter shock the cocky staff replied that i should put my hand luggage into the the box to see if it would fit of course. Immediately, i removed the wheels of my suitcase as its designed to fit with the guidelines of Ryanair bad serviced airline which make passengers pay 50 euro if their suitcase is a few mm over! Moreover, i asked the staff to give me their names in order for me to write this review so that others will take this advice not to travel with Ryanair if they would like a pleasant journey, and they refused and responded by saying they will NOT allow me to board my return flight home - i was horrified. Attached are photos so others will be warned by this shocking incident. I expect a full apology from Ryanair and a compensation for the unnecessary stress and anxiety that i was put through for no reason. i look forward to hearing from Ryanair shortly, otherwise i will have no choice, but to take further action and spread this over the media.

SCAM AT GATE
Dublin - VeniceEurope
I arrived at the gate with a 10kg bag which clearly fit within the dimensions. The Ryanair man who was standing there was laughing in my face , I really think Ryanair need to take a look at the staff working on FR831 from Dublin to Venice at 8:05am on 12/2/25. I am absolutely appalled at the incompetence, it was as if they knew I was in the right and they wanted to hold the power. I haven’t even left and I’m 75 euro down. A Ryanair robbery !!!!! I wasn’t the only one who was scammed this trip and laughed at. I would like a refund and an apology as that is the least I deserve . It would make you not want to travel with Ryanair.

Be flexible with dates and, for cheaper prices, book in advance.

Bring your own soft drink or eat. A tea and a KitKat is over £6 ... No fingers crossed. I feel robbed.

Use other Budget airlines that offer better customer care before using the untrustworthy company
