Flight was OK going, Ryan air does what it can with the money it gets from us. No frills but not too awful either. They do like to make you queue to get you ready to board far too soon though resulting in lots of standing in queues. In Edinburgh the whole walking onto runways to get onto / off...

The first shock was during queuing at the gate when an employee stuck a Free Bag sticker on my hand luggage bag and then informed me I was to leave it by the aircraft and it will be put in the hold. I was under the impression I could take my handbag and a small carry on onto the plane...

If you want good prices you choose Ryanair. The trip was normal but the take off was a bit late that was expected because of the delay on boarding process. The legroom is not big but is enough for short trips!

Ideal short haul flight. Inexpensive and comfortable enough for a couple of hours. Plane clean and modern. Crew polite and chatty. I think Storm Doris helped and knocked about 20 minutes off the flying time.

Any airline that gets you from A to B safely is a good airline in my opinion. Sometimes Ryanair gives the impression that the boarding procedure is chaotic but it's no different to any other budget airline. Seats are tight but manageable for a short flight of 2 to 3 hours, you can always pay for extra legroom. And contrary...

Booked a 3 day break in Alicante, Spain, not long but all we could afford at the time. Ryan Air have just moved the flight forward 6 hours meaning we lose our first day. Really upset as my boyfriend booked it for my Birthday

I always travel with Ryanair and I must say they're almost always on time and the flights are super cheap. (just booked a flight from Berlin to London for 12,99EUR). There is indeed not much legroom and the seats are not very comfortable, but I think that's ok for such a cheap airline.

Return Flight from East Midlands to Malta. No frills travel. Good for short distances. Pleasant flight out with no issues. On the return flight we were asked to put our hand luggage in the hold, we refused as didn't want to be delayed. 10 minutes later we were told we had no choice and was forced to do it. The...

RATING THE LIVE CHAT SERVICE WITH 2 OUT OF 10! I recently booked through the budget Ryanair Airlines to fly to Malta on a business trip. I arranged tickets to be flexible in case of a possible strike, sickness or bad weather conditions I pre-booked my seats, plus purchased some extra weight. The downside was the Live Chat Service….I wish...
