Great flight however they failed to not acknowledge that I did not recieve a boarding pass on the website and when I went to check in, they made me pay an additional 15 quid just to get a print out. I told them that I never got one displayed but still forced money out of me. Not good customer service,...

Flew with Ryanair to Tenerife to join a med cruise. Flight was long and very uncomfortable. Seats terrible and leg room not good. In flight good and drink basic and expensive. Staff ok but not over friendly. Would only use them on a shorter trip, i.e. 3 hours or less. Even 3 pushing it.

Loved the fact that you could print the boarding pass up to 30 days in advance as much easier when you are travelling on the road and don't have regular computer access. Self check in was fine, crew was polite, flight was on time, some passengers had to store their cabin bags in the cargo as not enough room on...

As it was my very first fly, I'm glad it was with Ryanair and it was a really good fly. It makes me want to fly as much as possible, and if they keep the price politics and good conditions I'll sure fly again with Ryanair.

We used to avoid Ryanair like the proverbial plague, but I'm astonished to say that they aren't too bad! My big bugbear with short-haul airlines is cabin baggage: I'm sure I'm not alone in not wanting to check baggage and of course the amount they charge for it is ruinously expensive. There was a time when Ryanair not only had...

Overall really relaxed using this air carrier. Planes are a little in need of modernising, new interiors and new seats etc. Cleaning attention in between seats needs to be looked at and plastic by seating needs to be regularly cleaned after each plane journey. Staff really friendly, happy and buzzy remembering they have a +4 hour flight. Food choice OK...

This was the first time we had flown with Ryanair. Both outbound and inbound flights were on time. The priorty boarding was good and worth the extra £4. The in-flight meals/snacks were on a par with other budget airlines The main problem are the seats. Very uncomfortable, specially if you are below 6 feet tall. The head rest is in...
