Terrible service. Avoid PAL with a passion. Their motto “heart of Filipinos” is a joke. wecare@pal is a misnomer

To be able to say something nice about this airline, I would say that the "Mabuhay Lounge" is at par with other airline lounges. For a national flag carrier, this airline is nothing more than a glorified budget airline. Flying with this airline is only suitable if your only concern is to get a cheaper ticket. They have a fleet...

Absolutely disgusting customer service. I booked my flights 8 months before flying and paid just under £300 for extra legroom for myself and partner. To cut a long story short we were not given the seats we paid for and were told by ground staff that it is our own fault for not checking our seat number when we checked...

It was a very long flight -17hours and I was afraid my daughter will have a melt down because of 1) boredom 2) tiredness 3)uncomfortable 3)hunger. None of those happened. She did get a little bit bored but no meltdown. I recommend getting chld's meal if you do have kids flying with you. It makes a big difference. My kid...

Utter disgrace. Landed at NAIA terminal 2 from Heathrow destined for Sydney with a 3 hour transit time. This terminal should have a sign reading “abandon all hope ye who enter” It is atrocious for an international airport Absolutely no facilities. A few kiosks selling coffee beer and terrible food. Not enough seating and not even duty free to waste...

It was a no fuss airline and trip to Cebu. Flight was on time, we fastened our seatbelts and next you know we were in Cebu. Basic snack on the plane, nothing fancy. Staff was nice.

I used to fly with PAL till 2016. For this travel, I was wanting to travel direct Melb Manila Melb so I booked with PAL.Mabuhay Lounge looks more like a cafeteria. The food was so so. Tables and chairs not suitable for a lounge. Still just 2 cubicle toilets for the hundreds of users, no shower room. View, NO VIEW...

The flight was much easier because there are no stops. The price is not bad considering. The crew was very nice, the food was fine, and the plane seemed new. So all in all a very comfortable flight. It did seem to be colder than need be but there were blankets provided.
