I flew this Airline twice from LAX - MNL - LAX 1. Airport staff: it seems like they just want to get rid of you, you ask and they don't even take the time to appropriately assimilate the question and just give you the first thought that comes to mind regardless of what you asked. 2. Manila Airport Waiting area:...

To our suprise we were the only passengers in business class, coach premium was half full, and coach was filled about 70 percent. Our flight attendants lavished us with the best service one could ask for. I will definitely fly this airlines again.

The entire flight was amazing. Everyone was so kind and accommodating. The service and comfort of the flight was the best I've ever had. And boy do they feed you even if it's a 3 hour flight. Will definitely fly with them again.

Excellent service in the ticket office at NAIA and they even let me use the staff internet so I could write an email to my beloved wife Eva (as I do not have a mobile phone). The staff are so kind. Once I got my ticket fully refunded in cash I had plenty left over to buy another ticket and...

The flight was smooth unlike other flights I've been through. Stewards were all attentive to you needs. Food is good suprisingly specially the thick sliced bacon with egg..

Fabulous experience from start to finish. Check-in was stressfree. Comfortable seats, attentive cabin crew, excellent food and drink. Transfer in Manila went without a problem as did baggage reclaim in Sydney. Will definitely use them again.

We took this day flight back home to LA last month. Just like our trip to Manila the flight back was nice and quick (13 hours) for an international flight. My kids were ready to go back home. They slept a lot but having the in-flight entertainment (movies and games) plus a USB charger were all they needed to get...

The food was truly the worst I've ever had on any airline. There were appetizers an amateur cook could have produced, dried out garlic chicken that tasted of too much rosemary, and unappetizing side dishes that were tasteless and poorly executed. The service was good during the flight but sadly they only had one dish for the anytime dining menu.

Had a business class flight on the new 1-2-1 configuration on the A330. Every seat has isle access so no stepping over anyone sleeping. My seat was 2k , it looked good but when sitting in it I found it hard and uncomfortable. The leg rest really won’t support your legs unless u have it fully extended when laying down...

Philippines Airlines has their own terminal in Manila and so was not too crowded. My flight was on the day after a typhoon and I found the check in to be orderly. Slight delay of the flight due to delay of incoming plane but was acceptable. Leg room was acceptable but not spacious but there was no inflight entertainment on...
