Philippine Airlines, the very first airline in Asia, has been serving millions of travelers for decades, very satisfactorily! Unlike other airlines, PAL has always been punctual with its flight schedule, and offers comfortable flight experience, with free snacks and reading materials on board. Staff both on board and on ground are very professional, courteous, friendly and accommodating. Carriers are regularly...

This was my experience. First time flying on PAL. 16 hour flight was ok. Cabin crew was good. Service was ok. However... on arrival, turns out they lost my luggage. Ok... It happens. Go to the counter and they assured me my luggage would arrive on the following day. Ok.. good enough. They give me a baggage report and contact...

We like flying Philippine Airlines as it is direct to Manila and it does not stop at Guam anymore on the way to Manila. Nice food and service!

Took a christmas vacation with PAL. Upon arrival at their terminal, the counters where a bit chaotic and the whole place is too small for all the passengers. We are on business class so the check in counter was a bit faster with fewer passengers but still all the business class passengers of all their flights goes through 2-3 counters...

We were unlucky with high winds in Boracay and the plane had to land at another airport refuel and return to Clark, had to book a night in Angeles hotel for which the airline compensated up 2000 pesos each, but they can’t help the wind so unfortunate. The flight itself when it happened the next day was quick and nice,...

It was my first flight to and From Manila since August 2016 and the plane has been upgraded to a Boeing 777 , much better now more legroom, tv screens in the back of seats instead of iPad each, very comfortable flight , the food is still pretty bad but most airline food is.

Aircraft was not impressive although service is good. The leg room for economy is a bit cramp for a tall person like me although they offered me the exit row but I needed the desk for my laptop.

It's been yeara since ive used the service of Philippine Airlines. The very first time was, when I in my 20's. I had a very bad experienced flying with them. It was very discouraging in a way. So now that I'm an adult, I'd figure things have changed. But to my surprise, it's just as what I remembered it. Poor...
