I have been trying to fly with this airline for some time, in September 2017 it happened. I flew from Bangalore to Muscat on the 4th of September business class and what a disaster it was!!! The plane A40-BM is 9 years old which is really nothing but the interior in business class is shocking. Torn seat pockets, bad odour,...

The check in at Bangkok, done in a few minutes. Modern plane associated with a five star service. Lounge in Oman a must. Highly recommend this airline.

The level of service on this airline is as good as I've has on any of the major Middle Eastern Airlines. The welcome Omani Coffee and dates (delicious) and general attention was understated but professional. Nothing was too much trouble from helping with my own headphone connection to rebooting my system when needed. Window seating was in the staggered configuration....

Oman Air has improved in leaps. Their modern airplanes and excellent service seems to go along with the new International airport in Muscat.

From check in to arrival it was fantastic! We were travelling with a surfboard & expected to pay extra like every other airline (except Air Asia KL to Gold Coast) that we have used, but surprisingly there was no fee! The seats were comfortable with a screen provided with many choices to watch, audio was excellent & the headphones were...

OMAN AIR BUSINESS CLASS REVIEW General Information Lounge access When flying into and out of Muscat you get to use the spectacular First and Business Lounge - this is one of the largest lounges I have ever seen, it just kept on going on and on. This is an extremely luxurious lounge with everyones needs taken into consideration. It had...

I wasn't expecting much, so it was a lovely surprise to find that Oman Air is actually very good. It's not quite up there with Emirates or Etihad. but it's not far behind. Great seat (spotless), good food and drink, good films. Maybe let down a little with the lounges both ends, but who really cares?

When checking in at the new and amazing Muscat airport, I was informed by the Oman Air counter staff that there were no aisle seats available. However, he informed me that he could get me a middle seat (35E) with extra legroom. Being a tall person, I accepted and felt he was being very helpful. Imagine my horror when I...
