The 1.5 hour flight from Bangkok to Mae Sot was not great for service. We did take off on time, and we had seats in mid aircraft. The flight attendants handed out very small (50-100ml) bottles of water, and then came back through the airplane to sell souvenirs. There was no other service inflight. The small aircraft required boarding via...

Their flight was delayed an hour from Chiang Mai because of supposed computer problems. It was so late and so disorganized that we landed after our flight to Phuket had left. Then they made us pay 1500 baht to book the new flight that was about half full! What an absolute joke of an airline. The whole thing dreamed a...

The outward flight from Bangkok to Phuket was good and on-time, we paid for Priority (or Premium) Seating at the front of the aircraft, which was OK and our baggage came first. However the return experience was not as efficient, we arrived at the airport 3 hours early, went to Nok check-in that said All Flights and they would not...

A very good option considering they are in the LCC division. Warm crew members, Complimentary water bottle, good leg space and enough overhead baggage space, and wi-fi makes the travel comfortable. the colourful flights are added treat to your eyes.

Inadvertently used the shortened form of my first name when booking the ticket online. When I got to the check in counter at HDY was ‘hit’ for an extra 750 baht to add an extra three letters onto the name. Staff were inflexible and showed no sympathy. For this blatant profiteering, NOK deserves ‘one’ star, and I will not fly...

For so little money we had a great flight experience with Nokair. Flight was on time, good service on board and comfortable plane: you can’t ask for more, when prices are so low. I would repeat with no doubts

Avoid this airline. They are unfriendly and only want your money. they just mock you at customer service desk if they can't help you then they suddenly dont understand English. Gave us snide wave as we left. Totally unprofessional. They just lost customers.

It wasn't the first time flying with Nok Air. From previous trips, I perceived that its airplanes were old and not comfortable. It wasn't my favorite budget airline. However, after this trip, I must say that now Nok Air becomes my choice for next domestic flight. New aircraft gave me new experience. It felt safe. Modern and more comfortable.

I was expecting a Ryanair type experiance on booking and this was what we got. It was an efficient, low cost experience, on an old Boeing. We got hit for extra baggage charges at airport but I did expect that. Like a previous reviewer I did try to buy extra weight online but i couldn't log on so do get...
