We flew from Kuala Lumpur to Auckland overnight. Terrible experience. Food was so bad. First meal i could bearly eat it and breakfast so bad I hardly touched it and the hostess was angry at me that i couldnt eat it. She muttered some angry under her breath and stormed away. Seats were so uncomfortable that we got no sleep....

Return Trip was very good value at less than $150 for J Class ticket. The flight is short at less than one hour but very comfortable and spacious cabin. A small meal and soft drinks are served. All MAS flights under 3 hours now serve zero alcohol but for a short morning flight this is fine. This class of ticket...

I have not travelled much on this airline but twice recently was more than content with sufficient legroom, quality of service and clarity of communications. Check in staff were also professional and courteous.

We have been flying to KUL regularly three or four times a year for 30 years but used flights with a stopover for economic reasons and to avoid too long sitting in one seat for 12 hours. However, on 9 August 2016 we flew Malaysia airlines and were very pleasantly astounded. An effortless flight with frequent drinks (of water ) and...

Mulu is a small airport which can only accommodate turboprop planes. They are well known for always being on time for weather or operational reasons. My 13.15 flight was rearranged for 15.35. Operated by Maswings the flights themselves were quick and efficient with just time for sandwiches and a drink.

Since legroom and seat comfort are (after safety) the most important criteria for me (1.9m/6.23feet tall), Malaysia Airlines scores just poor.

We traveled to Singapore via KL on 21 Jul 2016 night from Mumbai and returned back on 2 Aug 2016. On both occasions specially our return flights were delayed. Food was OK. there was no non-veg food on return flight. Toilet on 2 flight stinked and once even chocked up. Their service felt robotic rather than warm.

Well it was a layover flight stopping at Malaysia. Honestly, I was all gaga! over the service but I believe they need to have bigger aircrafts specially for India bound flights to accomodate more luxury to passengers. This is definitely going to get balanced out by the ever increasing travellers to this region from India. Keep it up!

The cabin crews are the worst service i ever experienced. I asked for a pen from the staff and it was clearly she got a pen at her chest, she just replied "NO" and walked away. I had little chat with a lady next to me while waiting for wash room (it was soft tone), and the staff just "Shhhh"...
