Flew with my family of four. Service, food and beverage were all to a good standard. Nothing exceptional but nothing to fault either. Would use airline again.

Flew with Malaysia Airlines 6 times during our recent trip to asia and found the service excellent. Meals and drinks served promptly and cabin crew couldn't be more helpful. Great selection of entertainment. Only blemish was a flight from KL to Penang was 2 hours late due to a connecting flight being late. Check in staff at KL very apologetic...

I am flying Malaysia Airlines after a 10 year break The air hostesses do not even PRETEND to smile, the passengers according to them are from cattle class! After a long layover in Kuala Lumpur one would expect a welcome, but what greeted the passengers was a disgusted look! The less spoken about the service on board, the better! Delayed...

I flew from London via KL to Hanoi and returned from Siem Reap to Heathrow via KL. The small flights were fine. We had a meal and movies in those. The main event was the A380 flighs. Food was good, plenty of movie choice, alcohol when wanted and great leg room. Im 6"2 (187cm) and had plenty. Sit upstairs if...

This flight connected with my BKK--KUL --MH 785 and on this new flight we also looked full MH 1152. Again grim faces -- no smiles from crew.on a 737-800--a short 1h flight. We were offered a very light meal and juice. Bags came through very quickly and no problems

I don’t understand why people hate Malaysia Airlines, they are being hated on for accidents that were not even caused by them. I went on Malaysia Airlines’ bussniess class and economy class and both of them are excellent. The food they have on board is great as well and is not stale like other experiences I’ve had. The service is...

I had a great flight from Kuala Lumpur back to Melbourne on this Malaysian Airlines flight. I sat at the rear of the plane. The window seat I had was great the leg was good and I got a few hours sleep in as well - which is always a bonus. Would definetly fly with Malaysian Airlines again.

My wife and I were flying from KLIA to Auckland. Thank God MAB did not change our seats this time. Before we boarded we went to its regional lounge because its satellite lounge was closed for upgrading work. There was no water in bathrooms and toilets and this was a not a surprising condition of their lounges in KKIA. We...
