Travelled second or third time and this time I was lucky to get a emergency seat with enough leg space unlike last time, I didn't find much legroom. But the crew was good and inflight entertainment was good too. Would recommend to update the list of entertainment quickly. Cheers

Having just experienced Kenya airways “the pride of Africa” I say with confidence they are hopeless! It seems they go out of their way to inconvenience you, I mean how difficult is it to seat a husband and wife together, six flights we had with them most of which we were seated apart, fortunately others were in the same situation...

Very friendly hosts, relatively old plane, good price. They go out of their way to show interesting landmarks. Previously they flew over Victoria Falls for us, did a 360 degree circumnavigation of Kilimanjaro in a big propellor driven plane en route to Arusha so that we were within 200m of the summit!

Our flight had a tight connection at Amsterdam. Unfortunately the flight was late leaving Nairobi as apparently they had trouble disconnecting the stairs from the plane. This obviously made our connection even tighter! Sadly, the staff were extremely unhelpful and at times rude, when we asked for their help. Firstly, we asked if we could move nearer to the front...

Just like my flight to Jo-berg from Nairobi, we boarded in time and the flight took off in time and we arrived in time. This is a great improvement for KQ. Keep up the good work. You are the best in Africa. Truly you are "The Pride of Africa".

Less than 6 weeks before the flight i got a call from my travel companion that her flight had been cancelled. I checked on my reservation to see if it was ok and mine had been cancelled too,...

Route this time to Kenya via KLM partner Kenya Airways. I have to say a very enjoyable flight through the night. Clearly a big plus for airline is the dreamliner a selling point for any flight. Nice crew, nice seat and nice flight ... only spoilt by the normal poor experience again at immigration! KENYA AIRWAYS need to influence this...

My first time on the Boeing 787 “Dreamliner.” Meh, ho-hum. No, it doesn’t offer a much different experience than any other big airliner. Kenya Airways didn’t allow advance seat selection and I got the worst seat on the plane (last row, center seat) even though I had booked weeks in advance. I will admit the last row seats DO recline,...
