Flight was great business class seat private and very comfortable I do like Japanese food but not for all meals. Was unhappy that there were not more choices being offered Have been to Asia on other airlines and the food choices were much better for westerners. Flight attendants could not have been more attentive Due to food probably will not...

This review pertains to both outward (SYD-NRT) and return (NRT-SYD) flights. JAL first class was truly delightful. This was our first international flight in First (as opposed to business) class and the difference was very noticeable, both in terms of service and seat quality. The privacy afforded by the seats on the 777-300ER we were fortunate enough to occupy was...

Wow! Our American flights were changed around because of weather, and we were placed on Japan Airlines on our way home from the Philippines. I cannot even begin to tell you how much better this airline was to fly. First off, their coach seats are as roomy as extended leg room upgrades on American...maybe bigger. And you don't have to...

I actually booked this flight as an American Airlines codeshare, and didn't know it until American wouldn't assign me any seats 3 months before the flight. The 777 seats in economy were the roomiest compared to all US airlines. I'm 6'1" and I had 4-5" in front of my knees in regular economy. I didn't get this much room paying...

As with every flight I have taken with JAL this was a very comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable flight. They were very efficient at boarding and getting the flight away on time. The seat was very comfortable and spacious for a regional business class. Staff were very friendly and helpful and were willing to offer advice and recommendation on our destination....

As this would be a very long flight from Chicago, I researched both JAL and ANA, thoroughly. I talked with co-workers and family. I flew to Japan for business and leisure travel in October/November, 2016. I chose JAL since they were offering a promotion with the Premium Economy seats. JAL's staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful at all times. Seating...

excellent legroom, very good service and movie selection. not too sure about its boast of being the most punctual but I might prefer it to other options for a flight to Japan in future.

Pleasant enough flight.....and the flight attendants are outstanding. There is a discernable different between how these flight attendants treat passengers in coach versus what most other (and especially US based airlines) flight attendants do. Lots of smiles, very polite, very respectful. A breath of fresh air. However, there are some distinct drawbacks to JAL. 1) In certain lower cost fare...
