JAL premium economy experience is excellent. Starting with access to JAL lounge, were you can quietly sit and enjoy food and drinks prior to flight. Staff advise when boarding commences so you can go directly from lounge to the plane. Premium economy seats and surrounding space is spacious and comfortable, Cabin service is friendly and efficient. Food and drinks plentiful....

A simple error in name cannot be corrected after hours on the phone and delays it seems that I will have to cancel and book another ticket due to the delay it will undoubtedly be more expensive and they will charge me around 30% cancellation fees. Most reputable airlines give you 24h to make corrections but not this airline they...

We traveled on an AA ticket and were able to get window and aisle seats in Row 17 on a 777. My son needs a lot of leg room so we were quite happy with the seats. It was easy to get in and out of the aisle so we did not disturb the person sitting in the aisle seat....

Absolutely first class from start to finish. Impeccably dressed, professional, smiling, eye contact, accomodating. They open on time, they show respect. Planes are clean, food is good, plenty of leg room, all the screens work. Highly recommend.

JAL surpassed my expectations. Great seats with loads of legroom, it almost felt like Business Class. The seats are contained within their own pod so the person in front can recline as much as they want without any impact on your space. Food was good and staff were excellent. New Boeing 787-9 aircraft completed an excellent experience. Premium Economy also...

JAL started non-start flights again between Kona and Narita. One of few affordable options to fly into Narita at a more convenient time. Noon departure with 4:30 PM arrival. Wearing a boot for a heel fracture and flight attendants allowed me to move to a front row in the cabin section, entire row was empty so had lots of room...
