Lack of compassion

I traveled with my family (3 years old child) and we paid extra for having seats reserved. However they changed the plane and our seats were not together. They didn’t allow us to wait together with my husband until all were boarded, what a lack of compassion, as they saw that my child was crying and was exhausted because at this age the child can’t understand such a nonsense (at the entrance I told the crew this will happen). Such a shame!

Miserable experience

Never again. Worse airline and experience ever. Take the train.
At the last minute they canceled our flight to Madrid. Put us on a bus. Took
six hours. Waited an hour in customer service line. They put us in the cheapest dingiest NH hotel. Horrible experience.

Awful. Awful. We flew in Premium Economy and were asked to use the toilets in Economy. Half way thru the flight, the wash basins were clogged and the toilets were a mess.
The flight was almost 12 hours and there was food given only twice. Quality of food was bad. Service was indifferent.

Lost my lagguge

They lost my lagguge.
I called every day, each day gave me a complete different answer. They have no idea where it is and also express zero interest in the fact they lost my lagguge.
I can only ask for compensation after 21 days when they will stop looking for it and compensation is very little.
Flight was ok . Very little leg room to none. Flight attendances
where very nice

Never check a bag. Be wary attempting to make flight changes online. Use WhatsApp customer service so you can take screenshots.
