I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the experience I had on flight GA536 from Jakarta to Banjarmasin on December 2, 2024, at 18:15, where my seat was 37C. During the meal service, I was surprised to find that the only available option was a fish-based dish. Unfortunately, I have a health condition that causes me to be allergic to fish products. When I informed the flight attendant about my allergy and explained that I could not eat the fish dish, her response was rather curt: "Did you make a special request?" She then walked away without offering any alternative or providing any assistance, leaving me without any meal. It is very disappointing to experience such poor service, especially from an airline that promotes itself as a 5-star carrier. The lack of consideration and professionalism in handling my dietary restriction felt more akin to the service you might expect from a low-cost carrier, rather than a premium airline. I hope Garuda Indonesia will take this feedback seriously and improve the service quality to match the expectations of its passengers.…
