EVA flight attendant uniform finally updated. It looks better and professional. The flight always not on time. Both ways to & from Singapore were delayed.

I’ve flown Eva Air a few times when traveling from the US to Asia. This particular flight was from JFK to TPE, then I took another Eva flight to Singapore. I was traveling alone and was randomly upgraded from Economy to Premium Economy. Upon arrival to my seat, the Premium Economy passengers were given a little pouch with an eye...

When we checked in we explained that I had broke my back a month before and would need to get up and walk around. They changed my seat to a bulk head seat so I could easily get up and move as needed. They did not charge for the upgrade.

1. Best : very efficient checkin, well trained staff, attend very quickly when called 2. Medium: they get carried away with their zone boarding checkin system, food is ok, choice out of 2: western or oriental, ran out of red wine after 2 very small served drinks. 3. Bad: advertised whisky but not available on the trays when served

I had the pleasure of flying with EVA Air to and from Bangkok. I was on my own for the flights which I expected to be hell on earth but as it turned out, they were thoroughly enjoyable! Great selection of films, great choice of food too! The beers were especially decent although I did get questioned why I was...

Business class with EVA was amazing, the cabin crew were really attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Seat/bed was comfy, good food and drink choices and the amenity packs were well appointed. Would definitely fly with EVA again

Three of us were traveling together on a long haul flight with a stopover in Taipei. We couldn’t book seats together on both legs because by the time we purchased our tickets, they were pretty full. But on arrival in Taipei, they had our names up to go to the desk and have everything sorted for us to be together...

Have flown many times with this airline to London or Paris. The standard of service is consistently excellent. Food quality is also first class. The flight attendants are a joy to fly with. Can't recommend this airline's Business Class highly enough. My wife's bubbles has included Dom Perignon, Veuve Cliquot, Klug, Billycart Salmon. Should give you an idea of the...

It was my first time to fly with Eva Air. Par excellence service. Felt like I am at First class even I am in the Economy cabin.I will never go back to the previous airline I was using to travel to the Philippines. They gave us free lunch at Taoyuan Airport during our 10-hour layover with all the Senior citizen...
