A small flight delay but generally on time arrival. Hangzhou an easy entry port into China and 4 KA flights a day.

Everything surprised me positively. The staff was very friendly, helpful and competent. The food was good and that for a flight a little more than 2 hours.

I found the service and food to be just as good as Cathay Pacific. The entertainment was the same as well. The only thing I found different was the seat comfort and legroom. I found the A321 was not as comfortable as the 777 we took from YVR. I would recommend this airline.

Cathay Dragon is the new name for Dragonair, Cathay Pacific's subsidiary airline. Check in was quick and efficient and choice of lounges (4 or 5 different lounges) is very good given the immense size and distances at this airport. I went to The Cabin lounge as it was very close to the gate for my flight. Take off was 45...

Cathay Dragon a cosmetic change to Dragonair. My first full flight with the name change. No real differences as this is obviously a 6 month work over. Flight left on time it not always does. Arrival on time.

We were very surprised with the leg room. its was as good as comfort/premium economy in European carriers. on time departure, ok food. so overall very pleasant flight and no wonder it was full. boarding was very quick and organized. will certainly try this again.

This is the only direct flight from Bengaluru to HK and worth to travel in direct flight, given its just 5hr journey. The flight attendance are not too friendly, especially in economic class, but my previous experience flying in Business has been excellent

A flight too short to enjoy, did it more for connecting to next leg. KA quality is always up to the segment they fly. You cannot expect much on such a short hop, but it´s incredible how the staff shows high service standards anyways. Catering is swift and sufficient in volume; Impecable aircraft as always.

Yesterday I was returning to Perth on the 11.05 am flight from Hangzhou via Hong Kong. After dropping off my checked luggage and receiving my boarding pass I wandered around the terminal before entering the secure immigration and customs area. As I was about to enter the secure I heard my name being called, it was a ground staff customer...

I arrived in Hong Kong by Qantas that was to be connecting to Dragonair to Beijing. However, ten passengers including myself missed the Dragonair flight because the Qantas flight delayed 4 hours. Qantas rebooked us on the next available flight, but Dragonair prioritised their backlog passengers instead. Finally we were put on a Dragonair flight to Beijing 31 hours later....
