It took three hours to JUST PRINT my ticket. No one at the counters were willing to help, even though I had one of their first flights out that morning.
It is now 8,5 hrs delays which they have been pushing back further every hour. No clear information and no solution to work out. Very extremely bad management of the situation, and no clear information, and out most disappointing. The cheap price doesn't worth the uncertainty. You get hit by lightning has more certainty thsn this airline's schedule.
Business class passengers have a dedicated check in desk at Pudong Airport - Terminal 1. The lounge is large and well appointed with a wide range of food and beverages (no spirits). I would give them zero star if I could. We have experienced unprofessional treatment by the China Eastern Airlines representatives, who asked us to sleep on seats as the Terminal of the Pudong Airport. The representatives of China Eastern Airlines did not have even enough covers for all passengers (although such covers are available for every passenger on any airplane)....
