BA First Class is a very comfortable way to fly. The Lounges are very nice in LHR and Hong Kong, the flat bed is large and comfy and the Service is a very high standard. I only use BA Avios and Companion vouchers for First Class otherwise I could never afford it. It takes a while to save the points...

We flew from Dublin 11/12 to Sydney and back 29/12. We decided on Premium Economy as it was a long flight. The seats do have more room and the general facilities are better (pillow, glass of sparkling wine on arrival (except from Singapore to Sydney!) better meals etc) The check in staff were always polite and helpful. The cabin staff...

We are fortunate enough as a family to be able to travel on holiday a few times per year. Normally one of our trips is to America to visit family. When we fly to the USA, we always pick British Airways over American and United, even if it might cost a little more at times. Their customer service and aircraft...

I love flying ba, they were always very professional, helpful and friendly. I have flown with them a few times and never had an issue both long haul and short. The food is great, the service is great and the planes are ontime. Well worth the extra few pounds.

After grabbing an offer to fly 1st Class for less than Business Class, I was so looking forward to flying BA. Especially, as it was on a 747 my favourite plane of all time. However, from check-in to arrival, the experience just proved to be average. The brilliant BA phone app did everything it needed to do. But apparently, due...

As always the business class service is great. We flew both ways in the "old" 747. The trip to London was great except one of the toilets in our section upstairs was totally out of order from the start on the flight. Made things a bit "tight" when preparing to land in the morning. The revamped seats and entertainment systems...

Flying "Business Class" within Europe is not the same as long distance Business Class. The Euro Class on the A320 is nothing more than the center seat of the 3 across blocked off with a table of sorts. The legroom and seat size is the same as coach on their regular flights.

Flew with British Airways to St Lucia for our holidays. Both outward and return were really good and relaxing. In fact we got a free upgrade coming back. Good entertainment package and choice of dining. Staff were friendly and polite.
