A shocking flight!!! The first flight from LGW to RAK was good, comfortable, nice smooth flight all in all it was good. However on the way back was ANOTHER story!! We got stuck in the Passport Control area in Marrakesh airport, a huge que we stood in for almost 1 hour!!!! I asked the staff member look our flight leaves...

Comfortable seats but the much vaunted entertainment system is slow to use and with a very small screen is not great. The table folds out from the armrest and all of ours were sloped so not ideal, most likely this is due to the age of the aircraft. You do get a glass of champagne before takeoff but after that...

We flew business class from London City airport to Granada, Spain, last autumn. In Business Class the seats are slightly wider and more comfortable and legroom is more generous. Drinks and food were very good on both the outward and inward flights. Staff were very helpful and friendly. No in-flight entertainment as this was a short-haul flight. Recommended.

polite and friendly staff, cabin crew were very attentive. the food was very good usb slot to charge my phone the range of in flight entertainment was impressive, with a good range of films - many recent releases a great flight experience! except... don't pay extra for the extra legroom if you're on a night flight - you'll end up...

Plane cabin was clean, staff friendly, sufficient legroom. I was surprised to see the in-flight entertainment screens on a short-haul (2.5h) flight, although they were switched off (saving for long-haul flights?). The USB power supply worked though. The only complaint - a miniature sandwich is clearly not enough for the 2.5h flight. I would understand if it was for a...

I try not to fly BA ever since they moved the Pisa flights to Heathrow because it is too far and difficult to reach by public transport from South London. It is a short flight and the food on board is always ghastly. The seats are crammed and their staff seem to be uninterested in economy passengers. They should remember...

The service was amazing and the cabin crew were really nice and understanding. It was a little bit hot but otherwise perfect.

Every time I get on a BA plane I regret it. From the stiff unnatural welcome to the food to the poor choice of entertainment I am disappointed. Other airlines do service so much better and BA seems to be trading on what it once was and moreover really seems to despise economy travelers. From not getting seats allocated for...

I was booked into Economy by my company. I am a Silver Exec club member and have plenty of Avios but was unable to upgrade my booking with these. I had a seat at the front of the cabin 28b - and this was good - plenty of legroom. Check in was fine and the lounge at Sydney was pleasant...
