Regional airline Bangkok Airways (PG) operates non-stop flights to more than 20 destinations in Thailand, Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, Laos, Maldives, Burma, India and Singapore. Headquartered in Bangkok, the airline's primary hub is Suvarnabhumi Airport (SVV) and secondary hubs are Phuket International Airport (HKT) and Chiang Mai International Airport (CNX). The airline's fleet includes some planes configured with both Economy Class and Business Class cabins. However, most of its aircraft are configured with only an Economy Class cabin.

Friendly Flight Attendants.

We flew to Maldives with Bangkok Airways in March. The ground staff were helpful. The flight attendants were nice and helpful with meals. The plane was acceptable but dated. Online check in process was easy. Bangkok Airways was good for short distance. I fly with BA many times.

Delays flight for over 2 hrs

It was so delay for 2 hrs and keep changing again. Never happen in my life that keep changing departure times like this in my life ,

Amazing customer service

My overall experience was excellent ! First of all we have been served lunch in a domestic flight . Most unusual! Then upon arrival I have noticed that one of the wheels of my checked in luggage was broken, so I contacted the passenger service in the same area , filled a report and all they wanted from me was my hotel info and the date of flying out! The same day they came to my hotel picked the luggage changed the wheel with the EXACT SAME COLOR and the next day they brought it back! I was totally amazed! I definitely recommend that Airline!!!

I would never go with this Airline.

Bangkok Airways is probably the worst airlini have ever experienced. It was a terrible experience. The check in staff first said i couldn’t go, then said could go if booked hotel for all the my stay . And simply this was not possible because I was on trip to travel many places in Vietnam. After this saying i must go take out 200 dollar in cash , this was the most unprofessional way for a staff to behave. They don’t know the rules in Vietnam. You can travel there without to book hotel first. How can this airline be legally running? I will advise not to go with this airline! I travel other airlines like Air Asia with excellent service and no check in issues. It’s much better to choose another airline.

Boutique prices cattle car experience

What a disaster. Don’t be fooled by Bangkok Airways being a boutique airline. Premium prices for a cattle car experience. Not coming back to Samui. Plan for at least 2 hours checking in. Congratulations Bangkok Airways being you are now my worst airport experience. I will not be coming back to Samui. And it isn’t even a special holiday or long weekend.
