There were a number of delays with this flight with little information filtering through to us as to when the flight would depart. Once we did board over 90 minutes late, there was no apology for the delay until we were about to land. Luckily quick baggage handling allowed us to make our bus connection only 10 minutes late.

Flight is on B767-300ER, business class is a cradle type with angled-recline seat. Seat is very comfortable. I was not planning to sleep but I could not resist the temptation. I ordered the Japanese menu and it was not disappointing. The service in their business class is top notch! They care about your experience. It was an excellent experience. The...

For over 10 years I was a United Businees Class customer between the US and Japan, but Smisek changed that with his mismanagemnt of the airline. Looking for an alternative, I tried ANA Premium Economy. It is basically what international biz class was before the conversion to lie flat seats. They provide lounge access, priority ticket counter privliges, large recliner...

Flight attendants were excellent, caring, attentive and non intrusive. In flight meals were good, not great and entertainment offerings were very good. Seat comfort was very good in B773 business class.

ANA had recently started a new service - Houston to Tokyo - so to promote the launch of the route, ANA held a sale of their flights out of Houston to select destinations. Online, I was able to book a flight from Houston to Singapore via Tokyo. While Tokyo layovers are not included, you can schedule you flights for a...

ANA is partnered with Air Canada for their flights within Japan. I enjoy their service and found the Japanese to be extremely polite and courteous. Seats are always clean as are the washrooms. My length of flying time is often around 4 hours. Compared to other airlines with similar flight times in North America, I would rate them among the...

This is my first time flying with ANA. Overall experience is great with good service by the stewardess. Food serve is good on economy class but not the snack. The bread is hard hopefully it can be heated up before serving. One of my favourite drink is Kabosu from ANA. It's a lemonade with a bit of fragrance smell which...

Excellent Airline to fly with, nice staff and collection of Movies and other inflight entertainment stuff. The staff is courteous, though language is a little problem with them. Over all it was a good experience to fly such a long haul flight on the new Aircraft (Dream-liner) from TYO to SFO and back. Not only the above was the factor...

We traveled on ANA with our 1 year old baby. I was very very nervous about having to fly such a long distance with a baby, especially on economy class. I was very pleasantly surprised by our experience on ANA. Even though the plane didn't look that new, it seemed like they had such revamped the in-flight entertainment system. The...
