ANA is world class Airline. Personally I prefer ANA than JAL. Their service is excellent and you can enjoy high quality service. They cover almost all domestic route. Their millage program is much better than JAL.

ANA is the partner of United, so if you are travelling from the US to Thailand a connection with ANA in Tokyo is probable. ANA service and timeliness are what you would expect from an Asian airlines - EXCELLENT.

I flew United from IAH to NRT, and ANA on the return flight. What a different experience. ANA is far superior. First ANA offers more leg room. They also offer a choice of meals. We were served two meals and one snack. During the whole flight, the flight attendants come often carrying trays of drinks and always a smile. Every...

This was my first first-class experience and I am glad that it was ANA. It started with visiting 2 different ANA suite lounges at Haneda. Basically I had a delicious full meal even before the departure. The in-flight service was impeccable. I requested that I sample all the sake they offer and I was offered more than I requested in...

Flew ANA from San Francisco to Tokyo in business class. Could have taken United or JAL for less money, but was told it was worth the extra money to fly ANA. It was not, and I would not make that mistake again. The plane was lovely. The service was not; it was terrible. I fly business class whenever I fly...

After our 2 week trip to Japan, hubby flew back to IAD (also on ANA) while I did a quick detour to Manila for an extra 2 weeks to see friends and family. Loved the 787. Configuration in BCL was 2-2-2, extremely comfortable and with plenty of room to move, lots of legroom and storage bins. Service was impeccable (wish...

It was a short flight. It is faster than the bullet train and I enjoyed the flight. It a blessing since I arrived on the day of the earthquake and many bullet trains and some flights were cancelled. However, by the time I arrived from the USA, they were up and running. This was a code share with ANA airlines

Previous time took Delta over and it was fine. This time I thought taking one of the nation's airline would be an incredible experience. Business class allowed as was when flying Delta. 777-300 model. Business class is divided in modules. Provides a fair amount of privacy. Not sure of age but seemed a bit worn. As with Delta-orange juice and...

This is my second time flying business class and was very impressed with the customer service and roominess of the seat. The seat was one that folded all the way down flat with a pad. The entertainment screen was robust with a variety of things to keep you busy on a long flight. The food was pretty good. I would...

Flying with this new dreamliner is nice : a lot of leg room, good entertainment and a typical Japanese service : very good, kind, friendly but it misses a touch of humanity, that natural smile you get on certain other airlines, you know? ANA offers a wide menu choice and serves very good food and matching wine. In short :...
