We had a very pleasant flight and enjoyed all the movies and TV programs that were available for free. It made the trip go very quickly. The flight attendants very courteous and I had no complaints about this flight

What a great surprise compared to the regular domestic airlines. The first class seats on Alaska Airlines are some of the best domestic first class seats I have seen. They are also very often a great value with upgrades costing $30-$100 on shorter flights. Sure there is no food but they are super comfortable and the cabin feels hip and...

Alaska sir flight was great. Smith. Not bumpy. Was a red eye flight. They ran out of cheese and fruit to purchase. The baggage was an issue as one of our bags was lost. It was delivered to us the next day

I have been a member of Alaska Airlines since 1988! Have never had a problem with their service or their staff. I absolutely love their new addition of flights to the west coast. Thanks Alaska Airlines for all you do to keep us flying.

I would highly recommend Alaska Airlines. They were on time, more leg room, comfortable seats and pleasant staff. This was my first time traveling with them and I enjoyed it.

After flying discount airlines, Alaska was a treat. The great thing about it was we were able to get close to discount rates for a 1st class experience. Seats are comfortable and the employees throughout were outstanding. Best way to fly from Vegas and Salt Lake to Portland. The flash sales are amazing.

Alaska is based in terminal one at the San Diego airport. Our departure gate was out of terminal 2. Those gates are the old Virgin America gates. One would reasonably assume that if you're flying out of terminal 2 in San Diego that since you can't walk between the two without going outside, they would have a check-in counter. They...

Great experience overall. Some of the planes were nicer than others, but they were all clean and the flight attendants were very friendly. We had one plane that was late, but otherwise everything was running on time or even early. We paid for the upgraded premium seats to get the extra legroom. I’d say we had more legroom than even...
