We are always so pleased with Air Transat. They have touch screen TVs at every seat, comfortable seats, mood lighting and is very affordable. I have booked trips to Cancun, Rome and France with Air Transat and will continue to plan my trips around this airline.

Staff going were friendly and helpful. On the plane they were nice to introduce themselves to us and helpful with assisting to put our carry on up top. Ordered the pizza for lunch - not the best sadly. Drinks ok. Very impressed with staff from Punta Cana helping my family member in wheel chair right through security to our gate...

We've travelled with Transat many times; as it's one of the few airlines you can get to Mexico direct out of Edmonton. It's well worth it to pay the extra for Option Plus to get the seat selection, priority boarding and extra baggage allowance. Returning from Cancun, there are only 3 or 4 check-in counters, but if you're in Option...

Good smooth flight. Flight attendants were friendly. Checked bags should be in Canadian dollars not American, as it is afterall a Canadian airline. It was $25. / bag Canadian in Toronto, but flying out of St,Maarten it was $25/U.S./bag. That was a very disappointing little extra cost.

The flight attendants were very friendly and helpful. The plane seemed to be older and when we boarded we were told there aren't any screens, so there wasn't any in flight entertainment. It was ok....however I was surprised seeing as our tickets were $1300. each and luggage was $25 dollars just to check 1 suitcase. Our teenagers were not impressed,...

Flight departing Lisbon, en route to Toronto, with a stop over in Porto, was delayed and generally a frustrating experience. A computer glitch resulted in double booked seats and random seating for passengers boarding in Lisbon. Passengers were uninformed and upset as many were unable to sit in their assigned seats. Once passengers found seats, and the plane was ready...

Transat offers what used to be regular economy seats (in the good old seventies) as "Club", only two or three rows, and these sell fast. In economy, prepared yourself to the sardine in the can experience. Whereas most airlines with A330's offer a 2-4-2 configuration per row, Transat has 3-3-3, meaning that that fit one extra body per row, about...

The flight was on time, the flight staff friendly and the entertainment was great for kids and adults. Bring your own headphones and snacks. You can purchase food during the flight but it is over priced. I would definitely fly with this airline in the future.

First and last time to travel with air transat! We have arrived 1h30 mins before the flight due to the snow storm that happened on the 15th of march in Montreal. Putting aside that there were representatives at the airline check-in to prioritize certain travelers, we go to check in and the women would not check us in our flight...

Booked a trip thought transat for a vacation in Mayan Riviara. Resort itself was awesome but the flight was a gong show from the get go. Flew from Calgary to Cancun direct in early March on a Sunday flight. Wasn't aware that they sub contract to a local airline "Flair air". This is how it started, 8am flight was late...
